Back in June, I ordered LYSOL spray in 19 oz cans. A case of 12. They charged my Paypal immediately and then waited almost two months to send something I did not order. A box of 12 bottles of some no name liquid in bottles with one spray attachment for all 12. I immediately called them, got machine left message. I immediately called paypal whose handling of this has been deplorable also. Several attempts to get back my 139.00 charged to my paypal account for the not as described item sent. Several attempts to get the company to pick the box up. (I have no use for this product they sent) It has been months of back and forth...they agreed to pick up the box they sent. Never came.
I wrote to them, they said sorry will arrange 'another" pickup with UPS...never happened. They sent a shipping label to put on the box over a week ago. Still sitting outside on the porch waiting for UPS to come and get it. Also, I do not trust this company one single bit. I have no faith or trust that they will ever refund the money I paid for this product even after they get it back at their facility. Disgusting way for a company that is supposed to be Veteran and Family run to treat anyone. They admitted that they sent the wrong product because they felt like they were doing their best to fulfill the order with no product available. At that point, my money should have been refunded...but still the band plays on.
I contacted the Better Business Bureau in their area. I copied them on the last email I sent to the company advising them both that I am filing this report. Seriously, since June they have my money and I have been trying to get it back since they sent the wrong product. DO NO DEAL WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I tried to add photos, but the download said it failed, I will email if you need them. Same with the emails back and forth, could not get them to load but I have them and will send upon request by a different method...maybe email to you.
On July 25th, 2020 I ordered a 12 case of hospital grade Lysol Pro disinfectant it for $139. I was told that the order would be delayed because it was a COVID-19 requested item. I was told to expect to wait several weeks. I ordered the product after me and my husband contracted coronavirus after moving into our new apartment.
Knowing that Lysol was the only thing that got Covid out of the air and could safely disinfect fabrics, I did not want to invite relatives over until my home could be properly disinfected. My great uncle wanted to see my new place but I told him no until I could get this order of Lysol from National EW to arrive. My uncle passed away suddenly on 10/5/2020. A box was shipped to me from the company and it arrived today 10/9/2020 but no Lysol Aerosol spray was included. Instead, to my horror, it was 12 bottles of Puro Azul Desinfectante y Limpiador surface spray. Stuff I can get from the grocery store and you can't spray it in the air like you can with Lysol.
This company LIED to me (and my 2 friends I told to order from them), HELD my money for over 60 days, WASTED my time that I will never get back and I will never see my uncle again because i was waiting on their lie. I am so livid because I waited so patiently for the Lysol to arrive that I have not been in touch directly with the seller.
Had I known that they didn't have Lysol, I could have ordered 3 bottles at $40 each from EBay. They are worst than scammers. Because at least the Scammers on EBay will actually send you the product you ordered. They are despicable company. I purchased this directly through their website www.nationalew.com.
I trusted them. Recommend them. Was patient with them. And now I am out of time, money, my heart is broken and I have nothing to help fight the second coming wave of Covid19. Someone should have been up-front and honest with me. But they have no integrity as a company and it has cost me more than money.
