I find it necessary to leave this negative review after the horrific experience with Nathan Mubasher causing me to sue him. My lawsuit against Nathan Mubasher is public record with Riverside court. Case number RIC1723893. This attorney took 30,000 from me and did nothing honest for it. Throughout his representation of me, he caused me severe emotional, financial harm and sabotaged my case (s), on purpose (Couldn’t be by accident!) of course, Nathan Mubasher will deny all this and use his authority as an attorney, officer of the court, his education, to portray a different scenario, but God knows the truth despite Nathan Mubasher clearly not caring about his soul as he has a license to protect, more clients to target, and decide which ones to harm, which ones to provide service to.
Nathan knew I was married, under psychiatrict therapy, as he handled several cases, 16 months in, he expressed his romantic feelings for me during a phone call which began with him letting me know he received my 5,000 retainer fee, called my marriage a failure and that I would be better off with him. Now let me make this clear, Nathan knew that I have PTSD, am a survivor of sexual abuse (by an elementary school teacher as an 8-year-old and non-related adults as a tween) I was in a non-intimate marriage (couldn’t be intimate due to the previous trauma as a child, I hoped I would one fine day) social anxiety, etc. AND NATHAN MUBASHER STILL EXPRESSED ROMANTIC FEELINGS during this call.
