After a few conversations we agreed to provide our material at the minimal package. Like everyone else we had a lot of communication and responses until they got paid then 0. The only reason we tried the service, the service was referred to us only later to find out it was Nano, Micro, Muelher was the one making the referral.
We are lucky enough we was able to spot the problems after the first excuse as we have seen them all. Looks like this guy likes to make the rounds. Seems like he is messing with the dragon with the SEC on his tail. Of course his physical address is bogus, my office is not far from there so we took a drive to see for ourselves. This was after we ended our correspondence.
One wonders, why not put the same effort in being legitimate? I am only reporting as the SEC has to see as of July 2017 Steven J. Muehler is still at it.
