Order placed 10 days ago. Paid extra for necklaces that were offered. Program software does not work on several computers in different locations or households as mentioned and asked for help. Communication ceased from their behalf and is legally documented. Requested information on the update of the rest of my order "the necklaces that werent' received yet" and no responses from 4 days ago. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by kindly asking a status again " records/emails kept". From my experience already so far and with the poor service, items not received, and other issues I would not risk losing your money or having to legally persue other options to get it back as of writing this. If anything Changes I'll Update immediately. BEWARE!! Use other professional higher quality services.
