Jenny, Gigi,"Tim", Judy, Anna, etc entire staff are extremely rude, disrespectful, unfriendly, and unclean. For months now when i go, they always say they don't have the colors i want, i have to bring in my own colors, they have to order colors i want which will take 6 weeks, deliberately file my nails crooked, and call all these 20 people to come at the same time i do and make racial slurs.
This time i brought my daughter along and Jenny kept yelling at my daughter to shut her mouth. I told her my special needs daughter was born this way and the entire staff laughed. They hit my knees with chairs, told other customers to bang the back of our chairs! Jenny leaned over as i looked at my phone and hit the screen trying to break it! She was violently on top of me filing crooked my nails and i told her to stop! They ignored us for 3 hours without a word and were offering drinks, greeting other customers, and helping other customers, and giving them the colors i wanted in front of me!
They also have unsanitary conditions! Feces on bathroom floors, no running water, cats eating trash off of floor, dirty equipment causing nail infections, old pedicure treatments causing foot fungal infections, and some are illegal immigrants. Jenny then ordered us to get out and said my daughter was scaring other people and that we were terrorists and didnt belong in this country as she pointed at the door!
We were very hurt and crying when we left! We were told this was a nice place and we've never been so hurt before! Why are they treating us this way? We have just as much right to be here like anyone else! We were loyal patrons even though we were mistreated and abused! We cried in my car for a half an hour and didn't know what to do or where to go! Please help us!
