Do not order from. Customer Service impossible to get ahold of any only by email. I ordered a bobblehead 3 weeks ago and it has not shipped. No refunds allowed. If you want a refund they will keep 40% of what you paid for. The day I placed my order I literally emailed customer service 2 minutes later to request a change. 2 days later they sated it was already in production and I would have to pay 40% more to make a change, come 3 weeks later it hasn't sipped, even I paid $25 for express shipping. This company is a fraud and bad business. Do not order from.
The actual product turned out well but it took me over 3 months to get it, with me having to reach out repeatedly. I had paid for expedited shipping in August when I ordered it and still had not received it until mid-November. They eventually refunded the expedited shipping, but little consolation when I purchased it to begin with that way because I needed it as a gift back in August. Very frustrating experience and I would never use them again.

Do not order - 3+ months to get product
