My.Psychic-Team.com Reviews

This network has been a nightmare for me. So many issues I have had with them that all can't even be listed here for the sake of time and space, but I will tell you that I've spoken to around 50 different psychics on this network since July of 2019, including Deena 3226, Scarlet 2712, Margaret 2110, Hashim 3065, Alexander 2208, and Katie 3107, just to name a few...

NONE of their predictions came to pass. NOT ONE has been able to do their job as a "psychic" and accurately predict an outcome. Why is predictable are the typical excuses the company has used about "free will" being the reason for this.

Regardless of that, the site has it where you can read and post ratings and reviews of your experience with these psychics, which was the thing that made me feel comfortable enough to use the site, as I thought that not only would that help me decide who'd be best to spend my money on, but would give me an outlet to express my own honest thoughts and feelings about my experience and help others make an informed decision.

Well, out of about 16 or so reviews that I submitted, only ONE of mine was ever posted. I called Customer Support back in September, letting them know that my reviews weren't showing up while others' were, and the agent said she would look into it and see that they got posted.

I gave it a couple of weeks, checked again, and still nothing... Long story short; I've had to call Support back several different times over the past few months and have spoken to different agents including "Kelly", "Sha(y)na", and the manager, "Joanne". I've been promised, a few times, that my reviews would be up by "next week" but when I would check the next week NOT ONE of them would be posted.

The last time I spoke to the manager, she told me that the reason they weren't posted was because they were "so negative" and that the team would have to go back and listen to all of the recorded phone conversations to make sure I was telling the truth about my experience. This, I thought was quite unethical for more than one reason.

One: To give me the run-around for months and pretend that they were going to post my reviews was dishonest; put simply, I was LIED to.

Two; my reviews were based on MY personal and real experience with their psychics, expressed in a RESPECTFUL manner. I never once cursed or called anyone out of their name. The reviews were simply honest and detailed.

Three; The fact that they censor reviews to the point of only wanting them to show their paid professionals in a good light and advises the client to look at it as just "entertainment" when a they have a poor experience shows a lack of integrity.

If they were really about helping people or cared anything about their customers, they would welcome ALL feedback that is honest and respectful, no matter how many times they're unfavorable. But what really shows that they only care about money and not about people is the way their line is set up like a call LOTTERY.

Too many little gimmicks and glitches to even explain here, but for one, they're the only network I've ever used (and I've used about every Psychic Network that has been in existence in the last 10-12 years) that has NO CALL-BACK FEATURE.

They advertise the cost as $1.50 per minute, but you literally have to 'catch' psychics when they're shown as available online and even if you do catch them there is a good chance that once you call and put in their pin number that you will be routed to a different psychic in their network who you didn't want to speak to.

Even if you hang up before getting connected to that other psychic, the company still charges you a minute. Actually, the moment you punch in your pin number, you immediately start losing the time you bought even if you didn't speak with a psychic. Their excuse for why the line is set up this way is that if it wasn't, they would have to raise their prices.

That is FALSE ADVERTISING. They have every excuse in the book for everything they do. They say the reason they can't implement a system that puts calls in a que with the psychic readers of their choice is because it's not permitted by law. Well, if this is the case, why haven't the owners of ALL of those other networks been thrown in jail?

I'm in the U.S. and have connected with several other Psychic networks in the U.K. and I haven't heard about or had this problem with any of them. They have been telling me, for several months, that a call-back system was being worked on and would soon be put in place. That was in 2019 when I was told it would be in place before the end of the year.

This is 2020 and nothing has changed at all. And through further research, I've come to learn that they have been saying this for years. I don't necessarily think that it's even the psychics on the network who are frauds (though a lot of them clearly are, in my honest opinion), and some of the psychics don't even agree with how this system is set up, but the higher ups there have set the network set up in a way that caters to themselves and not the psychics or their clients It's clear that this system is how they make half of their money: keep the psychic lottery system so that customers will keep calling back hoping to speak to the psychic of their choice, but keep having to speak to different psychics every time they call so they're virtually forced to try most, if not all, of the psychics in their roster, including the news ones who keep joining.

They know that people who call this type of line are usually so desperate for answers that they can't wait for months, weeks, days, or even hours to speak to their favorite or desired psychic advisor so they will settle for whoever else they think may be the best choice in that moment, get a quick fix, and keep calling back in hopes that one day they will luck up and catch one of the more skilled psychics on their site who could be more empowering but in heavy demand and close to impossible to get ahold of.

This network has a call system that is clearly rigged; sometimes you may get to talk to who you want to and sometimes the line will put you through to someone else who will give you a mediocre or horrible experience. Either way, they get paid and you are constantly left unsatisfied...and often times broke.

They lack ethics and integrity and clearly care more about their pockets than the well-being of their customers...one-time or returning. I have spent more hard earned money with this network than I would like to count and have constantly been disappointed in the service I've received and have been denied the ability to voice that and make other users aware, so I'm voicing it here and making you aware. This company is a big RIP-OFF.
