The owner of this company MICHAEL ROBERT USOV along with one of his workers contacted my company about purcahsing one of business. After spending a lot of time with what I thought was an interested buyer his employee contacted me and said "you are an idiot for sharing your business information. We now know your methods and we are gong to sell them" and then I find that michael usov had taken our website and copied it word for word and it was the exact same site and bought a new domain name and was pretending to be our business.
I contact him and he then continues to try to get information by using fake skype accounts and would act like a different buyer. I ask for his legal departments contact address and he lies and gives me a email address which was actually him. They do crystal reports and other software consultion and I would not let them anywhere near any companies assets.
