Absolute crap at vehicle warranties - do not buy!

AGREED. This is an absolute terrible company that charges you a ton for a vehicle warranty then promptly denies reasonable claims that you are fully entitled, even under the Platinum plan. While working on maintenance of a transmission they denied a claim because the fluid that is necessary is excluded as part of the contract. This is total crap and they know it. Other warranty companies will work with you to help out with claims but these jerks don't even put an ounce of effort. Steer CLEAR of this untrustworthy, unethical company.

2017 yukon

2017 Yukon,tail light/brake light assembly went out. they claim its part of the body. Electrical is covered,but not the electrical LED tail light assembly. a complete and total scam. warranty wasn't cheap. Agent was a complete ass on the phone. I have no idea how they are in business. Equally disappointed in the dealer for selling such a worthless warranty.

We purchased the service contracts on my 2013 Ford Escape from dealer at the time of purchase. It had both my husband & my name on the contract. On Saturday (3/3), car would not start. We replaced the battery (not covered). Sunday (3/4), it was dead again, so we had it jumped and drove it to the nearest Ford dealer. When we got there, it would not restart. Once Ford service diagnosed, they called for authorization. They were told there was a problem with the name. Turns out they only entered my husband’s name In their system. To fix their error, I had to send in a letter sign by my husband approving my name being added.

I’m not even making this up! In the meantime, no repair is authorized and they are not providing me a rental car as they are supposed to per the contract. And they wouldn’t initiate a claim based on me relaying the diagnostic feedback from Ford service. No. They need to call. As of today — my car has been out of commission for 3 days. No approved claim and no rental car. The stupid part of it is the total out of pocket for them is less than $500. This is my first claim. My car already has 73k miles on it and the agreement is for 6 years / 100k miles. And I paid a lot more than that for it! Trust me—- this will be the last service agreement I buy!

370Z Nissan

Purchased a 60 month, Platinum policy. To my surprise they did not cover the rear bushing to the suspension because bushing was attached to frame!!!!! What!!!!! Nonsense!!! They will find loopholes to not pay.....BEWARE...do not purchase anything from these people.

STILL WAITING!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst company ever!! They won't talk to the owner! They say they lost the inspection/estimate!! The phones hang up on you if you are able to get as far as talking to a live person!! My car has been sitting at the dealership for 9 days!! AND STILL NOTHING!! BEWARE!! THEY ARE FULL OF CRAP!!

The most horrible insurance

NEVER EVER buy this insurance... Your repair shop will be going crazy with spending time on the phone with paper work aec... GO somewhere else where is zero issue to pay money to your shop and get your car back on the time!!!! They DO NOT want to pay even one dollar over trying to lower the price for China parts.. Then your shop have to deal with them about to use good or dealer parts. What they want is only your money but never pay you anything back.
