I received a phone call form this company, I did not answer and they left me a voice mail. I called them and they said I owe a debt of $1,000. from a payday loan back when I lived in Colorado. This event they say, took place in 2009. It is now 2018. I did NOT take out a payday loan. They then told me that an attorney will be contacting me and that I can use my language in front of the judge. I called her a name and hung up the phone.
1- I did NOT take out a payday loan
2- Why are they now contacting me?
3- The statute of limitations for Colorado is 6 years.
