Gary a Franchisee from MR. Sandless Fort Lauderdale, was hired by me to re-coat a wirebrush wood floors with their product and he used a buffer in the floors and did his job that 80% was alright but a master bed that was left some strick marks on the floors.

He went back a few times and tried to fix which didnt work, then he used a buffer again and socked the wood floors with a product or water that damage the wood floors.

After that he said he woud not go back to the house to fix anything and told me for me to go after his insurance liability that does not cover this type of damage.

Very unproffesional company, very unproffesional guy.

Now im stuck with 20k in damage and he basicaly said F...... with all the words.

I hired Mr Sandless (Trevell Williams) to refinish a floor, about 1,000 sq ft of hard wood oak flooring. He promised that the floor would look great and I went with Mr Sandless over traditional full refinishing, sanding etc. Problems started when we noticed that they were getting stain on the baseboards, then we noticed that they were not very careful and we're getting stain on the walls as well. After the job was complete I noticed floor defects, they came back three times attempting to repair the floors. The finish is so awful that I am considering putting a floating floor over his final product. At the end of the job he acknowledged that they messed up the walls and baseboard and was going to refund me $200 to help correct the issues. I never saw a check and he no longer returns calls. This company is a scam, you should not hire them no matter what the promises they make.

We hired mr sandless to do our hardwood floors on the home that we just bought. The price was good & our floors were in good condition (minus one stain that their guys said they could darken the stain they use on our floors to match it). They did the job in a few hours. The floors did look much better because they were covered in carpet prior & we were happy. After awhile I noticed the finish was chipping off. Then it was getting bad so I noticed on their website that they have a 5 year guarantee. Then I found the email that the owner sent to my husband with the quote & sure enough in writing he put that there was a 5 year guarantee against chipping. I called him the owner & right away he doubted me, but said he's send his partner. His partner told me the names of the guys they had sent, said it was a possibility they screwed up the application steps, mentioned that one of the guys that they sent was a drug addict (I have this guys name also because he told it to me).

Needless to say they sent an email that they will not honor their warranty. So now I guess we need to hire a real sanding company & go thru the expense of having our furniture moved because the mr sandless finish is coming up on our feet.

Mr. Sandless is the biggest rip-off I've ever witnessed. They do not sand your hardwood floors so you see no difference when the work is done except a big bill for a coating of polish. It isn't even polyurethane so it fades in no time. You would be way better off spending $20 on Rejuvenate at Home Depot and mopping your floors with it. We had identical results! The description on the bottle is the same as Mr. Sandless's website so it appears they are spending $20 and charging us $1,000. When shown the pictures from the website, they shrugged their shoulders. False advertising!!!

After 11 wonderful and joyous years of dog ownership, my hardwood floors needed to be repaired. The floors were relatively new, so my internet research led me to MrSandless, since the to be environmentally friendly, clean, and most importantly sand less. The concept in theory seemed well suited for my needs.

I reached out to via the Internet to the company and I was put in contact with David. David calls my office, proceeds to tell my secretary that there is a $600 minimum for 300 sq feet, and leaves his number for me to return his call. I never met or spoke to this guy, nor did he ever come came to my home and he is already give me his minimum pricing. Frankly, this iin itself gave me a bad feeling, but I did reach out to David. I spoke to hI'm on Monday and he told me he would be in my area the Wednesday afternoon and that he would call me. He did, and he told me exactly where he was, a community less than 5 minutes from my home, and that he could be there in about 20 minutes. Fine, I leave my office so I can meet him for oir scheduled appointment.

Well two hours later, he never showed up, nor did he have the courtesy of giving me s phone have the courtesy of a phone call. I was upset and reached out to Mrsandress corporate, in which I wrote the following:

I have no interest in a

franchise, but I am taking the time to contact you because of the horrible

experience I had with your franchisee owner David in WPB.

I contacted Mr. Samples as a result of an add that was placed, looking to

repair my wood floors as a result of scratches caused by dearly departed

dog.

David from the very start seemed peculiar, leaving a message with my

secretary that there was a minimum of $600 for 300 sq feet, telling me he

would be out of town etc... I never met the man, he never about the job, so

why tell me all of this nonsense.

In addition to the above, what bothers me most is that David did call me

yesterday, told me he was in my area and was available.

My law practice is in Boca, about 15 minutes from my home so I told him I

could meet him in 20 minutes. I in turn left my office to meet with him.

Guess what, two hours later, I still never heard from him.

To say that I irate, wasting two hours of my time to meet with him when I

spoke to him 20 minutes earlier is an understatement.

I can appreciate that things come up, but not even the courtesy of a phone

call.
