We were drawn to Moving Squad as they had good reviews online and sold us on the fact they weren't a large company. We realized after signing that they are Colonial Van Lines (same physical address). We were passed off to Colonial and our original contacts won't contact us back. It has been a month and we still don't have our items, with no estimated delivery date given.
We have been lied to repeatedly from our "account manager", and informed from their finance department that we owed more money before our stuff has even been delivered. The experience has been horrible, and I hope this review will turn people away so they don't have to go through the same nightmare that we are having to go through.
Simply do a search for Colonial Van Lines and read reviews. We just hope that we will someday see our belongings again, and they won't be destroyed. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING THIS COMPANY!
