THIS COMPANY HAS DODGED PAYING ME FOR 4 MONTHS NOW,

BAKER BREEDLOVE, KIMBERLY MORGAN, DAVID RHEE, MARISSA LOPEZ, REBECCA GAGE, BETTY GARCIA ALL HAVE STOPPED REPLYING TO MY EMAILS, AND STOP ANSWERING OR RETURNING CALLS FROM ME!

I COMPLETED 38 WORK ORDERS IN JANUARY AND HERE IT IS APRIL THE 11TH OF 2019 AND THEY STILL HAVEN,T PAID ME. I HAVE HIRED AN ATTORNEY AND NOW THEY ARE DODGING HIS EMAILS AND CALLS TOO! MY COMPANY HAS ALL THE WORK ORDERS AND PROOF OF APPROVED WORK FEES APPROVED BY MSI IN JANUARY!

NOW THAT THE WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED THEY DO NOT WANT TO PAY UP. CHARGES ARE GOING TO BE BROUGHT UP ON THIS COMPANY VERY SOON. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR THEM!

On June 11, 2018, I provided field services to Mortgage Specialist Int'l LLC (MSI), located 6032 Innovation Way, Ft. Worth, TX 76244-4814 | ph:1.800.346.2432 during this time, I provided timely acceptable work. According to my account, none of the work was rejected by MSI, thus to assume, MSI would honor their contractual obligation of payments for services. 2-weeks After the due billing date passed, I reached out to my region coordinator Nicole Yonkman.

At this time Nicole apologized for the delay and stated that she would notify her manager and escalate the matter. After another week passed and I had to reach out to Nicole yet again to inquire on the now 3- weeks have past due account that MSI has not paid. At this time, Nicole again stated that she would have to notify her manager and escalate the matter. Now it's been over a month that I haven't received any payment, nor a return email or phone call from any of MSI representatives about this matter and now I call Nicole and inquire if there was anything that my company had done wrong of MSI inability of paying for services rendered.

Nicole just re-iterated what she previously has said and will escalate the matter to her supervisor Mr. Gardner. At this time I requested for Mr. Gardner contact number. I reached out to Mr. Gardner on 7/9/18 and 7/10/18 and left messages. And as of to-date, Mr. Gardner has not returned my call. The next step is to educate the public and social media on how MSI does not have regards in paying for services rendered.
