Waste of money

Whatever you do. .don't buy anything from this website. The products are cheap and low quality. I have written so many emails and was promised a better product. The bracelet turned up worse than the first one. I have returned both bracelets because seeing them was upsetting me. I have been asking for a refund but all I got was silence.

Run away from this website. ..

I bought a groupon for this website for a nice locket. The price was 4.99. I went through the process on their website and entered the groupon code. The total came up and it was right on target. Perfect! There was also a 4.99 charge for shipping. Fine. No big deal. I hit submit and they charged me 105! Sneaky! I have emailed...called...no response no replies. I think i just lost my money. Awful company.

Never buy from again!!!

Purchased a groupon and still paid extra for some add ons. Received the item and within one day the initials on the bracelet turned tarnished and no longer silver!! Contacted the company multiple times and NEVER heard back! Finally got groupon involved and there was nothing that could be fixed! Horrific customer service and awful quality products!

SCAM!!!

Ordered bracelet on 12/7/15 - still have no received it. No way to contact the company except via email. Have emailed several times - no resolution. I bought a Groupon for my purchase. I'm contacting Groupon next - they should not sell for this company. I've already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will continue telling everyone how poor their service is.

I ordered a Horizontal Greek Alphabet Necklace for Groupon a couple of months ago and just received it. As soon as I opened the package and noticed the letters were incorrect. I email to get more information and received an email back from Ivan Garcia very short, rude, and the attituded that I got what i ordered and if you want something else pay for it.

After 3 emails i finally said I needed to speak to someone in charge and as of today have not heard from anyone.

That's okay I will be posting and spreading the word not to order from this company. They dont seem to care about the consumer.

I received a similar email reply

I purchased a mother's infinity necklace with my children's name dangling off the end and wore it maybe 10 times since I received it last summer. The chain is so flimsy it broke as I was wearing it, not once, but twice in different places. I contacted Monogram Hub and told them of my problem and they sent back a rude one sentence comment "The warranty on this items is about 30 days from purchase, you could send it back for repair or purchase another one." Not completely legit

I purchased a groupon for mothers day to get a charm bracelet. Follow all the instructions through website, applied the discount, said would ship in 2-3 weeks. Been almost a month and just received an email a couple days ago saying my order just shipped, disappointed that my order was just then getting shipped I proceed to try and track my shipment. This was also unsuccessful because even though the email explains you can track your package there is no tracking number, no link, nothing.

I wanted to reach out to the company although there is no number displayed next to their contact info, only an email and the website. The website only has a voicemail number, no customer service line. I have emailed them in regards to my order but of course, received no response.

I can almost guarantee that the items on their website DO NOT sell for the amount of their original price. These people "offer" coupons or "discounts" on selected items to make it seem like you are getting a good deal and good quality jewelry. From the reviews left by others commenting on the poor quality of their jewelry pieces, it sounds to me like someone is sitting at home putting together cheap costume jewelry you can find at any craft store and posing them as finer pieces then they truly are. You are better off making your own jewelry to save on the shipping costs.

I cant be too upset though, I paid like $10 total so you get what you pay for. But dont expect too much from them, and definitely dont expect to receive it before at least a month passes, that is if you are lucky enough to receive an order from them. And groupon isnt going to refund your money either. They are a third party affiliate who already received their portion when you bought the groupon, they dont see themselves responsible for another companies lack of quality, even if they are directly doing business with them.

Keep in mind just about anyone can make an official looking website these days if you have enough time on your hands. Next time try to read reviews and do research on a company before you make an online purchase, especially if you have never previously done business with the company in question. If you are having a hard time either finding any reviews or getting a hold of the company, that's the first red flag.

Bought a groupon for a bracelet and placed order on 11/25/15. Received a confirmation email but nothing since then. I try to check the status of my order and it says order can not be found. No phone number to call customer service. I have emailed 3 times but still have not received a response. This place is a joke. Do Not Order From Them

I ordered before Thanksgving. 3 bracelets for grandmas for Christmas. They assure on their website shipping is 2-3 weeks. Well its almost CHristmas and been over 3 weeks and no shipping. No updates. They dont respond to emails. Absolutely awful. NEVER order from them. save yourself the headache.

Monogramhub.com ripped me off when I purchased two bracelets from them they gave no information on how to put in the initials I wanted on the bracelets I contacted them via email and ask them they never got back with me I also called Air 1 800 number left a message and they still have never gotten back with me so I'm out the money I purchased the two bracelets for

I bought a Groupon voucher on 11/4 for $5 for a promo code to enter on monogram's website to buy a Christmas present for my niece. I placed the order on 11/4 then 11/22 I received an email stating my order was shipped. By 12/2 I still haven't received the item. (personalized necklace) . I emailed again. They replied with sorry, they'll process my order again and will email me with a traceable tracking number. still nothing. I emailed again, they replied with excuse after excuse. I really believe this is a scam in a different country considering the names in the emails which seem like they are an automatic response system.

I orderd 2 items adjustable bracelet and a cuff bangle bracelet. Both of them are surpo see to have names on them. I had to go back and forth from monogram to groupon. To get the voucher number and than the gro upon number than back to monogram hub to put the names on them . Nothing was done mono gram charged me again for the same items at the retail price not the sale price thus was at the end of September there is nobody to talk they say you are on a live chat it takes 10- 15 minutes to answer you I haven't received my items yet I'm so upset with both companies

I purchased a groupon for a monogrammed necklace. Went on website monogramhub.com and paid the $5.99 shipping charge As it stated i would need to on my original groupon transaction)...Checkout stated due to customization the order would take 2-3 weeks for delivery, which i found reasonable. Luckily at the last minute i thought better of putting my debit or credit card directly into the web site and instead used my pay pal account for better protection to not only protect against fraud on my cc, but paypal also provides a money back guarantee for services. After waiting four weeks, nothing has shown up!!!! i finally emailed the company in which i got a very curt response stating, "please be aware that your order is in our distribution center and will be shipped via usps in the next few days.You will be notified once your item ships. Sincerely, edwin g." no explanation as to what the hold up was or why my order was still going to be a few more days. After emailing back demanding an exact date it would be shipped i received a reponse stating the following week, so will have to wait and see. My only comfort is knowing paypal will refund my money in the event my package does not ship by the "new" shipment date.

Do not use this company or make any purchases through secondary sources such as groupon, too much headache and hassle for a supposed good deal!
