MongoDB Sexual harassment by Chelsey Lucio (MongoDB employee)
I was bothered and uncomfortably harassed by MongoDB’s Chelsey Lucio on several occasions. I can’t believe a professional software company like MongoDB would have such inappropriate employee in house. It was awkward encounters and despite giving her some hints, she made no stop and claims that is what she is known for.
After a while I have heard some other “jokes” about Chelsey Lucio from people inside or outside the company (clients, partners). So clearly it is not just a me-only problem. It made me feel better but also I find out ways to avoid her. That is when she plotted some games to try to make me look bad in front of others. I am beyond angry and decided to call it out.
Honestly she is so bazaar and inappropriate that I don’t know how MongoDB kept their professionalism and employee quality in check.
