Started doing inspections for this company and they will ask you to submit results via a 3rd party website such as ez inspections. After results are submitted, they disable your account, pocket the money you make and never pay you. I was ripped off for over 1000. There are many more in the state of virginia. after posting reviews on sites such as glass door several people reached out to me with the same story,. Please steer clear of this company. Do your research before accepting work from field service companies. Started doing field inspections for MOI on January 16, 2019. Completed and submitted 3 inspections, contact - vacancy -interior type. Was told I would be paid the month following the completion and acceptance of my inspections. I'm still waiting. There was not sufficient communication from the main office or the "support" team during my time with the company, which led me to discontinue working for them. Do not go to work for this company.

Perfect 1099 career. The lazy and unmotivated need not apply. The owner and management communicate with me daily and have been more than helpful getting me trained and helping me every every step of the way. No complaints. Good pay, good hours, good people. Don’t base your decision off of non-accredited websites. ;)

I too worked for this company. I live in a rural area, so the homes were very far apart. They told me I could get up to 100 done a day. Yeah, maybe in a big city, but when you drive 20-30 miles between homes that's impossible. They do not pay you for inspections that are late, yet you have to do them. When I started working, they gave me a whole list that was already late. They said not to worry about that, I would be paid. I never received a dime from them, for late or on time inspections, but racked up quite a few miles on my vehicle and spent hundreds in gas.
Stay far away from this woman. She will create you an ez inspection account and eat you up to your face. After you turn in your work she will disable you account, block you and steal your money. I know of atleast 6 others she has scammed and stolen from in virginia. I can only imagine how many more there are. Run!

Thanks for your review. I was just doing my own research and noticed that there were no reviews on Glassdoor for this company. I thought that was odd for a company that was more than 10 years old. I’m glad I found this review. You saved me a lot of time.
