Mindi Greenblatt Reviews

  • Nov 5, 2020

I am reporting Mindy Greenblatt, of Brooklyn, who sells on eBay and also have her eBay store called Chic Boutique Evolution. She sells items that are advertised as "new" or in "pristine condition".

She never inspects the items she sells. The items that arrive are dross and worn to the point where you could not put it on to even try it.

Then, when you try to email her about the condition of the item, she responds with a very cold one-sentence reply "I do not take returns". After you read that, your heart rate goes up and you think that you were just tricked into buying a very expensive item that is not in the condition it was described.

That is exactly what happened to me. I bought the item from her, it was advertised as "vantage, but in new condition". The item arrived and I almost fainted because of how gross it looked on the underarms. I could not even touch it, so, I contacted her with the return request. She responded with that one sentence "I do not take returns". So, I immediately contacted eBay and filed a dispute. The stains on the underarms were about 40 years old as it was a vintage blouse. She also failed to disclose the fact that this vintage Chanel blouse was altered (the back that should have been flat, was cut in the middle and the zipper was inserted on the top of the cut portion). She had no idea about it. The blouse had runs and stains all over it. She probably also owns a cat, and it had hair all over it. It was so gross that I put the gloves on and I put this blouse in a plastic bag and left it like that until it was returned to her. I was afraid that this blouse may have had some germs on it.

I bought the same blouse, rand new, at almost the same cost, later on at "Linda's Stuff" on eBay (you probably know who I am referring to) and the blouse has no zipper, it was meant to be flat on the back, with no zipper what so ever. So, this Mindy-fraud girl did not have any idea what she was selling. She probably got that blouse from a garbage pile of the thrift store in Brooklyn or Manhattan and was trying to make quick bucks by selling it on eBay.

Instead of seriously fooling someone, she got me, who is not easily fooled because I know merchandising very well, and I am not hesitant to fight back. For that, she posted derogatory comments about me on this site.

I would rather fight for the truth. I will take the hit, but, hopefully, I will save many of you from this monstrous seller.

Do not buy it from her! You will suffer the same fate as I have. I am glad this site at least allows the responses to defamatory comments such as hers.

I wish all of you a safe buying experience and don't fall for the threats and intimidation from the sellers such as Mindy Greenblatt (what a name!).
