Millennium Health aka Millennium labs is guilty of FRAUDULENT BILLING PRACTICES!!!
I have been billed THOUSANDS of dollars when only about $90 was actually owed. I've paid $47.08 for the first 4 bills, which were processed correctly. The payment and EOBs from my health insurance for the additional THREE billings were submitted to Millennium in September. Yesterday I get a letter saying I'm grossly behind and that I owe them $1066.86....my insurance says I owe them $35.31. If you find you're getting billed for higher amounts then you should be, do yourself a favor, and verify with your Insurance Company. I believe that Millennium is engaging in fraudulent billing and I'm posting this for others who may encounter this issue. Make a complaint with your insurance carrier...they'll fight for you!
