On november 29 2016 i decided to go to the shell gas station to put gas in my car. The pump asked me if i would like a car wash and so i decided to get one . I took my car to their shell car wash, put the pin and drove foward as the machine told me to. Suddenly it started to wash my car, soaking with soap ....
when i heard a bipping sound the sensor free car wash jammed back and fourth on my car window. The machine push it foward braking it. I was shaking, did not know what to do so as soon it stopped leaving my car with soap all over. i drove away to the front office of the shell store. As i get to the store " shell" front office their workers had informed me that the machine has already been broken for a week and they been waiting for parts!!!!
I was shooked and asked where was the broken sign. They stated that there was no sign just one orange cone and they apologized that has been misplaced and moved.
I asked to talk to the station manager Mike Cooper and they said that he was out of town. I than decided to do a police report and left the scene.
I had gotten the manager ( Mike Cooper )phone number , i explainned what happened and he texted me that he was not responsible and that he was not going to pay for anything, he then decided to give me the cooporate office phone number which i called, they also said that they were not going to fix my mirror and also told me to sue them but it would cost more than a new mirror. They also said that a police report is not good for anything. Right now i drive my 2009 volkwagen car with a broken mirror for three weeks, the price for a new one is $360 doll with instalation, i can't afford it. I dont have a job and I have a daughter to raise . I hope justice is served one way of another.
