Midway Nissan Reviews

  • Nov 21, 2022

On 11/7/2022 George Anaya at Midway Nissan ph number 602-863-5664 sold me and installed 2 new P205 55 Bridgestone tires for $502.32.

On 11/10/2022 the low air pressure light came on in the vehicle.

I took the car to discount tires in Fountain Hills, AZ They inspected all 4 tires and researched the DOT numbers and found that the 2 new tires were actually old tires from 2019 and 2020... The tires were already half way through their 6 year life expectancy.

After further inspection Discount Tires discovered one of the "new" tires that Midway Nissan sold me was damaged beyond repair. It had a pucture hole that had been poorly repaired causing it to be now completly unrepairable.

I notified George of the problem and requested a full refund immediatly. He explained it was not his fault and refused any further help.

I bought a new, Metalic Silver, 2021, Nissan Frontier; 4x4, Extended bed, Crew cab with a tow package. I was rear ended and it was totaled two monthe later. I wanted to replace it and because I live in a rural area I called Phoenix Nissan dealers. The first 3 were honest and said they would not have one until the 22's came in. But, when I called Midway Nissan the guy said "Ya come on in, we'll take care of you". Well they sure did! Note: Az does not have a cooling off period and it is easy for dealers to take advantage of people.

I am a 70 year old vereran with a 100% disability due to PTSD. I have admittedly had my experience with forgetfulness and the PTSD can make my thinking scrambled, especially when pushed too far and having my anxiety raised, which these people did with and expertise not known outside the their field. I told Jacob, conman one, when we met and continually throughout the time that I needed a 4 wheel drive and I don't think there is any way that he could have made a mistake when he wrote up a grey 2 wheel drive with the tow package.

It appeared good until I got home to my dirt roads and tried to put it in 4 wheel drive. I called and they told me to bring it back, but because of the financing I had to take a stripped down White 4x4. I hate white vehicles. I got the grey one on Thurs 8-26-2021, returned it Friday 8-27-2021, involuntarly left in the white stripped down one brought it back on Monday and demanded they take it back, They told me tough luck. Nissan Corp, customer service told me about the same.

I am not going to leave them alone until they cancel this sale and will use every legal means to hurt their business as much as I can. If there is any one in Phoenix who would post an our neighborhood posting I would appreciate it.

Had transmission repaired using parts from midway nissan. Valve body failed within warranty period and midway will not reimburse for the cost. Already filed bbb complaint and after several communications back and forth giselle cano basically told me to get lost. Have been trying to deal with this for 5 months and they are not doing the right thing.

I even offered to accept half of the cost back and they still will not do it. I have been bad mouthing midway every chance i get and will continue to do it every chance i get. I have created a facebook page today called “midway nissan sucks” and will be recruiting people to follow it that i find on yelp etc. That have had any sort of similar level of service from any midway dealership.

Once that gets going i will create a you tube video that shows the broken part and how i got screwed by them. I will also create a new email address once a month and leave negative reviews on yelp, google, dealer rater and Scamion: 4 sites @ 12 months is 48 negative review they will get from me in the next year.

I will also create a new facebook page using my aka that i will continue to leave negative feedback until they decide to give me my 500.00 dollars back. At this point it truly is about integrity and doing the right thing and not all about the money.

I purchased a new 2017 Nissan NV2500 from fleet with a 100k bumper to bumper warranty. Paid extra for Midway Nissan to install trailer hitch and backup camera. The dealer sent the van to Commercial Van Interiors for this. Trailer brake lights never worked and at 30k miles check engine light came on for an Oxygen Sensor.

Made specific appt. with Midway Nissan to repair these two items. After 7 hours Nissans "Master Tech" was stumped on the trailer light issue and simply cleared the code without fixing replacing the oxygen sensor. They blamed the trailer light on whomever installed the backup camera (CVI).

Furious I spoke to the sales manager about her incompetent tech and lying service manager. I told her the root problem has not been solved and the check engine light will return after 100 miles and the computer resets. She was denying and defensive, I ended up getting irate and calling her a stupid bi**tch.

Meanwhile after 100 miles the check engine light came back on. I called Gionni, the lying service manager and told him this. He said he would need to get his shop manager involved and to bring it back anytime. I took it first to Commercial Van Interiors. Within 10 minutes they found and fixed the problem, they said nissan spliced into the wrong wire and it had nothing to do with the backup camera. They also found that Nissan did not plug in 2 wire harnesses while diagnosing the trailer light problem. This van was being driven for a week with no brake lights.

Took back to Gianni at Midway Nissan and told him all the problems and his tech was an idiot. The sales director (missing her 2 front teeth) told me to get the van off their property or she would call the cops since I called her a stupid b**tch.

Midway nissan 2201 west bell road phoenix, az 85023 attention: james corkell finance & sales director reference: gap addendum #ng105499 mechanical protection plan: #2567515 subject: 2007 ford ranger advertised purchase price: $12,221.00 this written notice is hand-delivered to midway nissan at the above address on december 3, 2018. I am requesting a full refund of $2172, for the cost of the above gap addendum and mechanical protection plan. The addendum states that i have 30 days to cancel but due to your company sending my loan paperwork to the bank referring to my home address, instead of my mailing address, which is a post office box, i only received the paperwork yesterday evening.

I am very unhappy that after reviewing the bank payment stub finally received yesterday, your company financed your commission into the loan making my loan $3779 more. There is no way this buyer or the kelly blue book feels that truck is worth $16,000 as crb auto loan now indicates to me. You were fully aware of my intent of paying off the loan in thirty days As of this writing, this vehicle has been totally paid off), so no buyer would insure himself against this loss of $1607 in insurance premium for a mere 30 days with a vehicle reporting 27,367 miles by the car dealer.

This difference in lack of refund from the high-pressured gap insurance and mechanical repair plans and what you unnecessarily financed through the loan company. I never wanted these plans and you literally and repetitively shoved them down my throat. Then added insult to injury by dumping an extra $1607 in commission for your staff. As a result, i am awaiting $3779 to be immediately refunded to me by nissan midway. I regret this business association, and i have complete empathy for the dozen scamion and over four dozen bbb reports that have been filed against midway nissan through the years by your other customers.

I purchased a used F150 from Midway Nissan. When I went there it was missing 2 headrests in the back seat. I asked if they had them and they said no. I googled it and saw I could purchase them fro about $100.00 each, si it was not a huge deal at the time.

Wen I got home after purchasing the vehicle, my son pointed out on the Craigs list add that all three headrests where in the images on their advertisement. I have tried 3 times to reach the General manager and he has yet to follow up with me.

I expect Midway Nissan to purchase these 2 headrests and have them delivered to me
