Bought a washing machine "scratch and dent" from them. He gave me a warranty card with it, supposed to be 5 year warranty. A year later it is leaking so I call the warranty place (cps). They say it is a "Frankenstein" washing machine, no technician will touch it because the serial label from lg was removed. They offer to buy out my warranty for less than half of what I paid for the washer.
