I shouldve known that this speed move was too good to be true. And I also shouldve known why the rental agent, Ronda Maldonado, insisted that the owner was "happy" to have someone who works at an HVAC company move in! Oh yes, Ive known you Mr Schulman, for quite some time now; although you sta hidden until its time to play hard ball and be the slum lord you are. I am also pleased to connect with others and get this class action suit going! Not only were ALL our cabinets, doors, and the "nice venetian blinds" painted on at the hinges to appear well put togeher, but he tenant "walk through from" has to be turned in within 3 days of move in. Which is absurd in itself, since you may very well still be moving in after 3 days. Well, as beauiful as the propert seemed, it was "renovated" by the likes of youube! Put together, even too cheap to add screws! I had a fallen tree in the yard prior to moving in to moving in and ther promised it would be removed, 6 months later and Mr Schulman FINALLY makes an appearance once I let him no I Will no longer make payments. Reading this, I see why I have had a hard time, this is just the way the shade tree falls. I DO plan to make sure MY voice is heard, and that I tell everyone I possibly can! Ms Maldonado and Robin Moore are his minions, so please dont be fooled. Save yourself another move
