Paid for a painting job an exterior painting job that was never completed. They guys they sent came for a short while left, and never came back. I called the "main office" if you could call it that. It takes on average 10+ phone calls to get an answer...I called and told them about the painters stopping by not doing the job and leaving. While speaking to the "manager" I asked for my money to be refunded and that this was ridiculous. That I just want my money back so I can get a company out here to get my house painted before I go. He responded by HANGING UP ON ME AND NOT PICKING UP ANYMORE! Literally, when I asked for my money back he just hung up. I tried calling back all day today and they clearly must have put me on some type of block list because when I called the main number and manager number back it says it routes me directly to voicemail without ringing and says the voicemail is full. That never happened the whole previous week ive been calling before I asked for a refund...But when I called from my wife's phone it rang and I got through to a voicemail at which I can leave a message. The website isn't functional. The ads are removed. I honestly think these are professional scammers after reading about the similar complaints online. They changed there names several times. Usually something called "thepainters", "paint guys", "call for Paint" etc. That is speculation, but what is not is that they scammed me made me pay a paypal invoice on the painters arrival then cut all communication when the payment was made and the painters left.
