Father called to price TRAILER tires and spoke to Steven. Steven quotes tires and said he had it. Dad went to get it and Steven tries to sell him CAR tires. Car tires are not heavy enough and dad told him we need car tires and that he lied to him on the phone saying he had what we needed. Steven says he would have to order the tires we needed and be couple days to arrive and he will give a 50% discount. Steven calls when their in and says come on up anytime and we will put them on. Dad not wanting to be there for 3 hours told him he wanted a appointment. That's when Steven says F... You I don't need your business and I'm sending the tires back...
I then call Steven to see what the heck was going on with my trailer tires and Steven immediately started bashing my father. I told him to stop right there that's my father and your not gonna talk like that about him. Told Steven he was talking to me now not my dad so leave him out of it but he continued to bash my father and was cussing. Steven told me his deal was no longer good and he was sending them back unless we paid full price. Steven also told me he was in the tire business not camper business lol .....told Steven uhm boats and campers do have tires. Steven continued to be very disrespectful and bashed my father and then hung up on me. I will never patronize this business ever again. Steven is nothing but a lier and a people basher. Steven you have a lot to learn about working with the public.
