The next month he did not pay rent and served a 5 day notice to begin the process off eviction.
He did not appear in court and I was granted eviction by the judge. all on file by Pima County. Look up the records yourself a classic case off vindictive & revengeful behavior. This individual is severaly mentally ill and I feel sorry for him, since all whom will only rent to him are motels or hotels.
I fear once his remaining inheritance about $15000 runs out he will probably commit suicide.
Many tenants complained about his strange behavior and bringing hookers to his apartment.
I wish him all the best and hope he does not kill himself, after his money runs out. Sad very sad !!!
