AFFIRMED STATEMENT OF FACTS I, Rochelle Maretta-Brooks formerly, Rochelle Coleman affirm this management's truth, under penalty of perjury. On and since 07-25-2017 My two children were unlawfully seized & I arrested repeatedly ON 07-25-17-07-26-17, 06-21-18 THROUGH 06-25-18 & 07-31-18 THROUGH 08-06-18 & ON 08-06-18 I WAS RE-ARRESTED & TAKEN AGAINST MY WILL TO ROCHESTER PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL WHO HELD ME AGAINST MY WILL FROM 12PM UNTIL 5PM OR 5:30PM HOSPITAL WHO NOW DENIES MY PERSON AND BODY BEING IN THEIR HOSPITAL BUT THEY TOOK MY PICTURE, EXAMINED ME AND ALLEGEDLY HAD RECORDS AND SPOKE TO MY CARE PROVIDERS UNDER COLOR OF LAW & without legal standing, due process, probable cause, corpus delecti, and in violation of all our civil, human, disability, parental, children's & God-given rights. These officials have conspired and committed cruel acts of defamation and abused judicial process, judicial canons, the court system, their oaths of office, and all the United States of America's peace treaties, Supremacy Clause and knowingly violated my children, family & I in extreme bias and such discrimination that I had to claim kkk level racism against my children, FAMILY & I. There WAS NOT and still remains NO legal reason or jurisdiction for my repeated arre the removal of my two daughters who still are removed against our will & despite the FACT I HAVE SOLE CUSTODY OF MY CHILDREN BUT THE court's forgery, fraud, malpractice & perjury that my children have been returned and since 07-25-17, 10-20-2017 & 10-20-2016 My two daughters have and are still kidnapped this time since 07-25-17 and are being tortured and have been illegally moved to Oklahoma City with Walter Newman the biological father of My aggrieved woman; Rochelle Maretta-Brooks, and Walter Newman assaulted my, Aggrieved woman; Rochelle Marietta-Brooks, youngest daughter H. B. And the Oklahoma City police, cps and the man acting as judge; Michael L. Hanuszczak accepted a picture of my one younger daughter HB as sufficent for proof of a well child check and under color of law and your agency needs are failing to protect my, Rochelle Maretta-Brooks children-FB & H B.
