Please do not send your money and information to MIB solutions total RIP OFF!! When you are looking for some help after you have lost a love one they will take advantage or you and your situation and make it worse. I recently used MIB solutions I sent my info in on September 30th 2015 I didn't here anything back until December 4,2015 they don't have a number on website to call so I had to email them basically saying someone need to give me some information it has been way beyond 21 days and my check was cashed. Lady named Carol responded saying we mailed a letter out October 8, 2015 that was returned back.. This company had my phone number, email address etc. no one reached out to me at all. Further more she was lying because I sent my info September 30, 2015 UPS it was to get to company in 3 days you mean to tell me u got my paperwork October 3rd 2015 ran info through all 500 insurance data bases found HARTFORD Insurance and mailed a letter out??? No way by the way i called company they said my love one has never been in their database long story short please save your money and do it your self I would have rather looked and found nothing at least I would have my 75.00 it may not be much but I work hard to just give it away to scammers like MIB SOLUTION!! Don't do it..
