Miami Beach Collection Reviews

  • Aug 4, 2017

I bought a 2005 Suburban that was grossly mis-represented by Bryan Crisp. I was told by e-mail that I was buying a Florida truck that is rust free, accident free, smoke free, with only 105,691 miles and in the e-bay ad (222546119541) it states "a one owner beauty that was well kept and it shows. No check engine lights, cold A/c, deep glossy paint." The video states "close to like new condition". Reality is this is not a Florida vehicle but rather a reposcessed severly damaged truck from Illinois.

Here are some of the issues I have found. ABS light on, Service brake light on, Service airbag light on, brake pedal goes to the floor, left front wheel & axle is destroyed so the wheel can't rotate without grinding the aluminum wheel into the brake caliper, 3 aluminum wheels damaged with chuncks missing, 1 wheel cracked and can't hold air, transport driver said they had to inflate tire to get it on the transport, grille pushed into the front fenders, left fender pushed into left wheel, front air dam zip tied and duct taped to front bumper, steering wheel lock/key pulled out by theft so steering wheel won't lock, starts with out GM smart key, A/C doesn't work, engine was 11 qts low of anti-freeze, 4 different tires, oil pressure gauge doesn't work, lots of rust under truck, tailgate rusted, front & rear bumpers rusted, driver mirror was taped to vehicle and is now gone scratching the door, lots of scratches on the entire truck, passenger mirror is broken and all taped up, no key FOB, engine cooling fan doesn't come on. This is the list of problems and I haven't driven the truck yet!! This truck is not safe or driveable despite the e-bay ad says "We test drive all vehicles at highway speeds and make sure they are safe and sound". Boasting about all the pictures because there "is nothing to hide". The transprt driver is willing to vouch for the terrible condition this truck is in. He was in disbelief prior to delivery and called asking me if I knew the terrible condition this vehicle was in. I have left voice mails, text messages, and email trying to contact Bryan and recieved no return calls.

i initially contact MB through Ebay but was asked to purchase directly from Bryan. The vehicle sale price was $6400. $199 Service Fee. I paid a $500 deposit through PayPal and $6099 by wire transfer on 7-19-2017. Shipping was $900 paid directly to the shipper even though Bryan emailed me saying it would be $800. Total paid is $7499 for a truck that is not safe or driveable! This vehicle was intentionally misrepresented and can by no means be misconstrued as normal wear and tear on a used vehicle. Bryan Crisp straight up lied and won't return my calls.
