My bill was due on the 13 January 2018 and I paid the bill of 96.00 on my American Express card. On the 14th I called customer service and they said there computer is down due to maintanance and call back in 30 minutes. Call back 3 times and hour apart, Made a three way call with american express and MetroPcs, and customer service would not get a supervisor or manager to solve the problem because the payment was made Amex verified the payment and Metro PCS would not credit the payment or find out about the confirmation number I gave them to update the payment, they just turned my phone off.

On May 13, 2016 I took my cell phone a model lgk7(MS330) to a MetroPcs in knightdale North carolina on hwy 64 because it locked up on me.On that day store manager Stephanie Jarret couldn't get the phone to work, she told me to call her or come back on the 17th. She kept the phone that day.

I went back 4 days later on the 17th of may to the same location I went to on May 13,2016 I was handed the faulty phone wrapped in a claim ticket and was told to go to the 3110 New Bern Ave store for the replacement. There stephanie Jarret produced another lgk7 phone, this time she took the sim card and battery from the faulty phone and used them for the new phone. I was told the company uses the battery that came with the faulty phone and that the company would of known if the battery was faulty or not.

The new phone that she received was not working, the touch screen did not work.Stephanie handed me the back cover,sim card and battery of faulty phone and told me to call her or check back in two days.

I went back on the 19th of May and was told she hadn't received another replacement phone.

I went back to the 3110 New Bern Ave metropcs location on 5/23/2016 at 9am with backcover,sim card and battery of faulty phone, an assistant manager was working that day.I was told that Stephanie Jarret said I kept the faulty phone and that they couldn't give me a replacement until they received the whole phone. I informed the assistant manager that stephanie kept the phone, but only gave me back the back cover, sim card and battery.

This company loves to over charge , give bad service as far as phones go..the equipment is junk and the services.. the money you pay isn't worth the terrible service and out dated equipment they offer. .and paying your bill.. my bill was $40.00 I was charged $55. 00 wth? $5.00 more and I would have paid full price ..I didn't need nor want that..why did I have to pay that much.. I went in today for an upgrade on my phine..I was given a choice between two down grades..older cheap phones and overpriced. ...how was that right? I called customer service several times today to give them the chance to make it rught, and finally asked for the number for their Corporate number.. they told me they couldn't find it, then they didn't have it , then they only had an address, real nice way to treat a customer. . I found a corporate number..this needs to be made right

I bought two brand new phones on Sunday, 12/6/15. On Wednesday, 12/9/15 my new phone was powering completely off (58% charge) and once I pulled battery off and reset phone, it continued to indicate: Unfortunately, Google services have stopped, Unfortunately Google keyboard has stopped.. etc. I brought the phone in Wednesday and the guy did a factory reset and acted as if I need to call 611 to have a "signal sent to my phone".

I worked in this field years ago, and explained if it was a network issue, my other phone at home would be incurring issues. However, I'll be proactive and call 611.

So, called and had the lady update settings etc.??

And she said same, go return phone, it's still malfunctioning.

Following day, my boyfriend brought it in to return, mind you only purchased 4 days ago. They told him I made over 180 talk minutes, which I didn't because I never talk. And they said that I told the guy I dropped my phone.. again, I did not or I would have been ticked! And I was working all day. Plus, dropping the phone would not make the phone error out.

Needless to say, they have a 7 day return policy, and would not honor it, I had the receipt, box everything still. My boyfriend brought it to another MetroPCS store and they said that the N Main store is shotty and always have to fix their issues, and replaced my phone.
