They refused coverage to replace my 2013 Ford Flex ELECTRONIC THROTTLE BODY, Fords has an electronic sending unit tied into the computer, when it fails the car is rendered useless, YES on page Four of their contract it does say the "Throttle Body" is not covered, However Fords unit has a BUILT IN Electronic sending unit and when it fails ,the entire unit must be replaced! PLAY ON WORDS let them off the hook! They supposedly cover ELECTRONIC parts related to the operation of the vehicle! I was livid, I purchased their PLATINUM PLAN which in most instances covers Bumper To Bumper, NOT THEIRS! WHAT ELSE do they not cover ? You'd almost need a Lawyer to determine their lenghty contract! I would think that a Local Teachers Credit Union would do better in choosing a Carrier! MY BAD for not reading EVERY LITTLE WORD! I'm canceling them for another company to yet be named!
