I ordered paint-by-numbers (2) on November 16th through Max Novelty. Still have not received product. After e-mailing "James", he said "oh no worries, it is on its way" Gave me a tracking number which does not work and is somewhere in China. Read online that many others have had this problem. I now know I've been scammed and would like my money back.
I ordered two paint-by-number kits from Max Novelty hoping for delivery for two birthdays by July. I still have not received these kits. I have requested a refund with no response from the company. I had one email response assuring me the kits were on their way.
When I check the tracking number out of a shipping facility called ShenZhen, it shows the order at the facility. However, there is no phone number to find out about my order, and no help whatsoever from MaxNovelty. Of course, they have my money and have not offered a refund. The birthdays are long past at this point, so here I am making this report.

They will take your money right away but either don’t send a tracking number or send a tracking number that doesn’t work. Think you’ll contact the company because they state they respond in 24-48 hours? Good luck with that. I’ve sent three emails in just over three weeks with no response. Give weeks and still no product. I’ve filed a dispute with my credit card company.
