This was a nightmare of an ordeal. Mathew has great communication up until I paid the $100 deposit and as soon as he got his money he disappeared . I was connected to tactile hauling transport with some guy name Mike. This company and the driver were shady from the get go but I foolishly choose to ignore my gut feeling . He had zero communication and kept giving me wrong timings for pickup . He told me he will pick my car at 2 pm and didn’t show up until 8 pm which caused me to cancel many last minute errands I had planned before leaving town. Mike told me I will get my car next day 5 pm when I called he said he is having trouble with his truck. First of all , it’s not my problem as I had paid the deposit , secondly if you are a transport business should t you check all the gist of your vehicle before even begin to transport someone’s vehicle . Anyways he told me he will drop my car next day and didn’t answer any of my calls or text messages . I called Mathew who was very non chalant about it and just gave me a different number to track the driver . After running around different places I finally got hold of some lady who texted me a different number with some guy name Cha Conant who lied to me about his location . So now i’m talking to two different drivers who are giving me two different locations for the same vehicle. I started feeling anxious and just kept praying that I get my car. I called of the drivers the next day and they told me that he will be coming tomorrow to drop my car and he will call me. After waiting half of the day I finally called him again and he said he will drop my car in two hours. I did get my car in two hours but after going through this nonsense I do not recommend this company at all. If you love your car and don’t want to go through the mental torture that I’ve been through and don’t want to go with this company. I wish I had stick to my original plan and drove to Texas which would’ve cost me under $200. When I first talk to Matthew he had quoted me $600 and by the time it was time to pick up the car a day before the schedule day he change the price and told me $700. At that time I know their option but to pay extra hundred dollars because I was not going to find anyone and that your little time. This company is nothing but a scam and give make and save yourself a lot of trouble Pay a little extra even $800-$900 and go through some reliable people.
I thought I was dealing with a great reviewed company, named ultimate auto tranport - if you google them they have a BBB A+ rating and high reviews, but Massrec LLC is using their name to get business, they are going by Ultimate Auto Transport name but it is truly Massrec LLC, their web address is Ultimateautotranport.net not the real company that is Ultimateautotransport.com. They entered a contract with me stating my car would be picked up in one week and shipped to my delivery address for $500 incluiding their $100 dollar fee, after two weeks they only located one driver at a rate of $750 plus their fee of $100. I refused and they said they would not be able to find me a driver for what they quoted me. I did some research and found they had multiple listings against them selves on different websites and the lowest rate they had posted was $650 to ship my car, when we agreed on a contract for $500 including their fees. BEWARE this company will screw you over and not deliver on thier promise.
This company was suppose to provided me transport to get my car from Florida to Alabama. Matthey Buxton did not provide this service for me. Instead he took his broker fee of $75 and then blocked me from all calls and emails.
Upon using another phone to get thru i spoke with a guy name "Frank". I told them i wanted my money back and that this was fraud and that they didnt provide the service for me. Frank proceed to tell me that they were indeed looking for a company to transport my car.
After staying on top of them for weeks, they finally sent me info on someone that was intrested in doing the job. That companies name was called " CAF American Transportation Services. Phone number 786--286-5591 I called that number they provided for me and this guy was very unprofessional and spoke little english. I looked that company up on Transport Review, l and he had a very very bad review.
If i didnt know any better, I think this was a set up by Mattew himself, knowing this was not a true company or even a company that was still in business. I contacted Matthew via text bc now he doesnt wanna answer his phone and explained this wasnt going to work because this guys review said he damaged some ones car. Matthey proceed to text me that he would look this company up and that he had used this company before with no problems. That was the last i heard from Matthew on June 21st.
I tried to call again and text and emailed him on June 22nd to find out what he was doing for me and thats when i was blocked again calling from my own phone.
This company is a theif, a fraudument company a con artist and some thing needs to be done as hes ripping off a whole lot of people that are blindside and trustful like myself. Once they take your $75 fee you will not get a return call back! I have saved ALL emails and text messages from this fool. My first text messaged stated once i sighned on with him that my car would be picked up june 17h and delivered June 18th. Here it is June 22nd and now i have no communications with him as he blocked me.
I pickup, dropped off on time, client drop off was shipping loading dock with no way to get paid for this COD order for auto transport. Massrec LLC stated they would send payment ASAP and that they had already collected the payment from the client without my knowledge while the car was in transport. I was told they sent a check and found out it was not ever sent, I gave them another week to get me paid and they failed. They told me if I hit them for non payment feedback though Central they would retaliate with feedback as a thief would do. This company is not worth dealing with. I could have locked this person car up and had it sold to pay me but then there would be two victims of Massrec LLC instead of just me
