0 stars!!! Major screw up on my account. Was told there were payments and charge-backs on my account from Oct/Nov/Dec 2018 by names that I've never heard of and that aren't even on the agreement. Never contacted me about these chargebacks.
Payments made January / Feb / March 2019. Repo'd the vehicle last night. No contact to discuss options. Tow company never given my name so they could not release property / vehicle or even discuss. Tow company only operational appointments monday to friday 11A-3P.
Absolutely worst assistance from Laura Alcala. Unprofessional, un-caring and horrible communication. Stopped answering my call after I pressed her for a contact at Empire towing. Stay away. The sooner I am done with them the better.
