ANNAPOLIS, MD 21401 410-897-0111, for the extraction of one of my teeth, they scheduled me for January 23 2017 and I gave them my Insurance information and they said I will be paying $136 and the Insurance will pay the rest of the charge, and they said that I need to call them back a week before my appointment to give me the final what I need to pay from my pocket and they said $136.00, I am very dissatisfied and feel everyone needs to beware of the practices going on at that office The rest of the staff starting at the front desk needs to be re-trained and possibly let go Long story short I'm being overbilled, looked over, given the runaround and rudely treated for awhile. On January 23, 2017 I went to my appointment and I paid the $136.00, the staff did not seem to care how much pain I was in and seemed distracted. The tech who took my X-rays shoved the plate into my mouth and looked the other way as she continued to bump the very sore tooth and tissues. On June 13, 2017 I received a bill from MARYLAND ORAL SURGERY ASSOC that I still own them $72.25, so I called their office and I spoke with DIANA, and she said that there is a mistake and I should not pay the $72.25 and she will talk to SHERRY in her office and then she will call me back for the correction, I waited 2 weeks for DIANA to call me nd never did, then today June 27, 2017 I called and DIANA answered the phone put me on hold for very long time, and she was very loud and rude to me and did not want me to speak and she said I have to pay the $72.25 and she said that her office charge $515 for tooth extraction.
