She was allowed despite being banished as the finance commissioner to teach at cuny and preserve her public pension despite fraud, misconduct. Nepotism, breach of ethics and perjury. She was fined by the city's conflict of interest board but thanks to her friend the mayor was not criminally prosecuted As she should have been. Why is this tainted woman still being paid by nyc and writing for Crains ny and why will she be permitted to collect a public pension?
