This company sold me an affiliate website through Amazon The return policy is if you don't make the same amount you paid for the site within a year you can receive your money back. I paid for my website on The site was not working for me and I Which would make one year. I called in on 2/9/16 asking for the refund department as they placed a call back for me so someone could let me know when I was receiving my money. It's now 3/8/16 and no one has returned my call. I've called within the last month and the customer service department stated the refund department was shut down. I called in again after that they then told me the one employee who works in that department took a leave from the company. This company has been negligent and are non helpful when it comes to refunding a customer. As they are going against their policy and I cannot get in touch with anyone from this company. I spoke with a woman named Bernie to set it up. She is a lying b****. Don't trust her or anyone from The Marketing Classroom. After I spent this money I was inundated with calls from so called advertisers wanting thousands of dollars to advertise my site for me.
Desired Settlement: I would like a refund In full for $295 as I was told I would receive . As I should not be accountable for a delay for my refund because their refund department is non functional and took a time of leave.
The company promised me an amazon account and all kinds of ways to make money but I never was able to. They promisied that they honored a TWO YEAR refund process. I have been trying for over a year to get my $400 back. They said I only could speak to customer service but customer service is never available.
