Marketing 360 Reviews

They promised that they will set up ads and increase sales with retargetted advertisement. They say they will just fix up your front page of the website. Then they have a 15 minute meeting every week to "gather information" like colors and keywords.

After the 6th week, it was ridiculous, they did absolutley nothing, not even a mock up of the front page, not an advertisement, not even an SEO article. NADA, I fired them, so they insisted on having a meeting by calling me repeatedly 10 times. Then they didn't want me to videotape the meeting on my phone, but I did it anyway, live of Facebook. They said they needed more time to develop the website. I said they were not hired to redo my website. And where is the mockup if they were working on a website?

They showed me at the 11th hour, a mock up of a site that you want to throw up of how bad it is. I sell dolls, and there was a big purple square with nothing in the middle, and the pictures of the dolls were terrible and very very small. No sales pitch, no content (which they promised), no mobile platform, nothing. It was so pathetic I told them right there it was the worst website design I had ever seen.

When I confronted them with terrible reviews on Trust Pilot that had been posted a week ago, they just shrugged their shoulders and said everyone has bad reviews. But they have thousands of clients. I asked for a list of their clients and the good reviews. I could not find any. They insisted they are a big company with 600 employees. I asked for proof. They said what kind of proof. I said you know, a tax form? They didn't have it.

So after all of this, and me yelling at the top of my lungs, because they helped themselves automatically to another $1200 from my credit card, they demanded another $2300. I told them to go suck a . They were still asking for another $2300, believe it or not never having delivered absolutely anything

Since they charged me the day before the meeting and they claimed that part of the money I paid for advertising would be "rolled over to the next month", I asked for a refund, but they haven't replied.

The only way to get these scammers off your back is to toally cancel your credit card. Not just get a new number, you need to get a new one, because they will get their money even if you block the card. They are total scammers. Trustpilot has a ton of bad reviews and Yelp has many more.

Yes, I was a fool. But sometimes, you just fall for these scams. They are very very slick.

We hired marketing 360 and mad wire for professional branding for our company.

We were sold with the company based on the marketing "concept drawings" they put on facebook, so we assumed they would provide similar quality to the work they advertised. We were assigned a sales representative, casey keyes, who seems to be a beginner sales representative for marketing 360 and mad wire.

Casey keyes signed us up on a plan listed below for $1545. The plan would include a website design with a 15 day turn around plus ad spend for ad words and facebook budget. We were later sold some marketing print design at $70 an hour for 8 hours of work, for a total of $560.00.

The company assigned two different people to do work for the print design and web design that we needed.

This indiviuduals never spoke to us directly of our needs and wants for the work, but was left in the hands of a messenger, who was suppose to specifically relay that information to them. They never hit the mark of delivering final products for print or web on any of the marketing material we ordered and needed, even after an entire month of going back and forth with this company. The print guy that was assigned on this job might as well have designed the art work on powerpoint, because that was the quality of work that was presented to us, and we declined.

For the web work to be done, we have proof this company only logged in 2 times - once on the day we ended our agreement, and once 12 days prior, with no edits or images uploaded to our shopify account. They claimed they changed the theme and reverted it back. When you upload a theme, that means it is "live," but there never was a live theme. We asked markerting 360 and mad wire to provide the web marketing images they have designed, and they refused to show us the proof they designed a website, but still think they are obligated to receive our first payment of $1545 for print work, web work and casey's time.

This company agreed to refund the $545 for the print work they missed the dead line on, but still followed up with an email that they are not obligated to refund $1545 for print design, web design, and casey's time.

By all means, if they provide $70/hour work to the table, we would be glad to pay for it. We have requested for the work on multiple emails, and it appeared to us that they weren't in the business to provide anywork, but to scam on a contract, as no work was ever shown to us.

On recorded lines, we have asked casey multiple times for a manager, who refused to provide that manager to help with defusing the situatation.

This company stringed us along for over a month, to do nothing and now threaten us with their lawyers.

I would stay far away from this company if you expect any reasonable work to be done for you.

They offered for $750 settlement to make us go away and to not report on the scamion.com, but to us we feel we have only received 3 hours of stringing us along over the course of the month on phone calls and emails. They are due $33 dollars in good faith at $11 an hour from the lack of quality and extent of the work done over an entire month's time.
