I was immediately impressed with the number of years of experience Mark Kriger had when we first met. He made many promises to me which I relied upon to my later detriment. Nothing he said up front was the truth. Everything change the day of the the 2nd hearing to my surprise.
The whole case was made up and Mark Kriger promised me a defense but when it came time to speak on my behalf he said nothing. I lost the case and went to jail when Mark told me he worked out a deal for simple probation and a 1 year suspension of my license. It was all made up by Mark to push me through the system and accept a result at a moments notice. Please shop around.....
Mark kriger is suppose to fight for his client's rights. It's no problem when you first meet this guy until months after you pay him in full up front.. Once he is paid he spends all his time convincing you, his client, that your guilty. It's usually a very different story that he tells you up front.. Something happened, you didn't tell me this and If only we would have known. These are are all preconceived cons by this guy. He told me "noone pays the restitution, what are you worried about and forget restitution it's immaterial. Well restitution was settled by this guy without my authority when I was lying in prison fending for my life at $900,000 dollars. He told me when I wrote a check for $250,000 that I would eventually get most of my money back... What a liar...Watch this guy if you hire him....take notes and keep a log of his lies
