Mail.com Reviews

  • Dec 16, 2019

Mail.com lists its services and braggs about it. Supposedly it is a frees service where you have to give your personal information and cell number. Problem is, the email doesn't work and one can't receive emails or send.

They offer for you to upgrade to a 'premium' and if you used it as I have for a registration of a software product, you are out of luck because you can't recover either. A real scam promising free email and delivering nothing.

I signed up and started using the account including having business cards printed with their email address. Out of nowhere they blocked the account but did NOT CLOSE the account. Those business cards I passed out have this email address that I"ve been locked out of. I've tried to work with them asking several times to CLOSE the account but they REFUSE.

Furthermore when I paid for premium service they attempted to cheat me out of money here with one price $19.95 and another $29.95. SCAM artists.
