I ordered the 14 day trial eyevibe cream and the skin element from magnetice eye store.I received the product ( it does not work) used it. Received my credit card bill and saw the charge for the trial was $11.88 The order I placed said it would cost $5.95. Then I looked at bill and there is a $203.62 charge for 30 day supply. I called them asked whats up with the charges on my credit card they said you did not call and cancel after 14 days I said ok my bad. Where is the other bottle & jar of cream I should of received for the $200.. They replied that was sent in the first jars. I am confused now and I said let me get this straight I ordered a 14 day supply of your product, you sent me a 30 day supply right? She said right I said why do I have to pay for the same jars contents twice? She said what do you mean? I said I ordered 14 days worth you sent 30 days worth without my knowledge of this, and you are charging me twice for the same jar of cream, that is illegal I said to her. She offered to send me more product 70% off I said no product is crap want my money back, she can't do that, I said you can not charge for the same product in the same container 2 different prices. Then I asked her if the company had any Lawyers I could talk to, No but she would see if she could get some of my money back, she says I can give 50% of money back. I said no I am returning unused cream for full refund because according to your site I have 30 days, she says no it does not work that way, WHAT why not, we don't want the cream back. I finally said heres the deal you sre running a scam, a consumer orders a certain amount of a product and are willing to pay the amount for the product, consumer did not pay attention to will bill card for more if not cancelled in 14 days. OK I get that but why would you send me 30 day supply, it did not say in your ad we are sending you 30 day trial supply. She had no answer and said she would check to see if I could get full refund. She comes back on and says full refund will be credited to my card. Called my credit card company and thay said they have up to 30 days to refund even thought she said 3-5 days. We will see, if it is not there I will contact them again and ask same questions as above. Unbelievable you just can't get what you ordered. why would theydouble order not knowing if I wanted more product? Very fishy company.
