Worst customer service

I ordered my hair on Thursday and it is Tuesday and I still haven’t got a tracking number. When I emailed the last it took her two days to reply and then she said we will be shipping it out in 1 to 2 days and still no tracking number very unprofessional

hello dear , sometimes it is as the weekend will have 1-2 days delay dear,as no have Express can shipping out it ,

I ordered a 360 Lace unit from this company on their site. They also have an Amazon store & I believe Ali stores. It took a week for my unit to ship out. I never heard from them until it was shipped. When I did get it looked ok. The hairline actually looked decent, though I can't speak to the hair quality. I took the unit to my hair stylist & he pointed out that it wasn't constructed properly. There was no room for my ears. One side is actually worse than the other. I contacted the company about an exchange. Vivian contacted me back. I was told that they will not exchange it. If I want to return it it would be at my expense. So, I would have to pay for their mistake....really?! They would rather bite the hands that feed them & cater to the YT (You Tube) Gurus! Well, we'll see how long that lasts.

I'm tired of these companies that have infiltrated the market taking advantage of us!! I think it's time to stop supporting them!

After seeing a few Youtube reviews (1st mistake) of beautifully crafted wigs by Lwigs, I decided to order a wig from them. However, a day or so after I ordered my wig, ($327), I came across a few bad reviews of the site via social media, and decided to cancel my order while it was still pending. They took 4 days to email me back and told me it had shipped and return would of the wig would be out of my own pocket. After checking my tracking number, I saw the wig had been returned to the factory, and I tried to cancel the order and they told me again it was out for delivery. I opened a chat on their website and When I showed a customer service agent the screenshot of the the rejected shipment, he closed the chat and no-one contacted me back. The wig arrived and was horrible, thin and raggedy. Wefts were showing. I contacted them about this, asking for a refund AGAIN. The language barrier is not only a huge problem, but something they use to their advantage. Whenever I ask for a refund, they say they'll fix the wig for me. Website says refunds are processed but they won't give me any choice other choice. I ended up paying $105 to ship that raggedy rat's [a**] of a wig back to China, hoping they'll add my name to this phantom "return database"... All in all, I wasted $432 trusting this company....DON'T DO IT!!!
