I called them on 1/18/2021 to request a call out for a road repair. Was told by the lady that I would have to pay #390.00 up front before they would send a man out> I did that with an EFS money transfer. The mechanic showed up an hour and a half later, fixed my problem and aske how I was going to pay the bill. I told him it had already been paid and was told I owed him $440. as he had not been paid.
I called the Phone number again and it immediatly went to voice mail and said the mailbox was full and could not take any messages. The next morning I did call again and talked to the same lady and was told they woul refund my money within 4 days. I gave her an address to send it to and 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for it.
We request the road services and this gays (Josh) answer the phone and send the mechanic after that we send the payment for $ 380.00 then we need the towing and e charge $550.00 the towing came and pick up the truck and when the mechanic finish the job request the payment for the truck and road services, the mechanic "Josh" never work in any of this company and never answer the phone again.
