This company has taken scam artist to another level. With the clever use of internet graphic design, they have the ability to give the illusion of a realistic and functioning company. However given time, they simply do not deliver and do not respond to inquiries. Do not dare use this company without an attorney or without establishing a legally binding contract.
I hired the company upon recommendation of someone for a logo and website design. The company advertises a 4-10 day turnaround for logo design. Our board was very clear when we initiated the relationship that we wanted completion of logo before development of website.
With a reasonable fee, (which we clearly see now as a bait) and the desire to expedite services, we advanced payment expecting a logo within a reasonable period of time. The initial design was perfunctory and required major revision. The second design was more in alignment with organizational vision and only required minor tweaks.
It has now been four months and the company has abandoned the project, does not return emails, ignores requests to speak with project manager and sends automatic responses to text and phone calls stating "no calls; either text or email" which they respond to neither.
The company advertises on the website that they are an award winning multimedia group with customers such as Universal and BMW but their customer service is so primitive, it is doubtful that they are equipped to maintain such accounts.
Our organization requested (in writing) that the company complete the final logo revision, for a total of 3 drafts which is not unrealistic for a developed company, and return monies advanced for work not completed i.e. website. They have simply disappeared and not responded.
Really awesome service! In my experience of working with Luxe Dope they did an awesome job of bringing my visions for my mixtape cover and logo design to life. Will definitely be back for more graphics!

Also they are really good at coming up with concepts around your vision so if your not sure how you want your art to look they will take good care of you. Please do not waste your hard earned money nor time with this company. As usually the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, I felt like I've been given the round-around (from early August 2016 to now October 2016) and of course I see others that have experienced the same issue as myself.
I am a frequent user of Instagram and I have a music business that I've trying to get off the ground. LuxeDope or LuxeDope Multimedia has plethora advertisements for website creation as well as web graphics on IG. I reached out to them and their response was quick, very curteous in the beginning, and we messaged back in forth for a couple weeks before I engaged into a rendered service. Per LuxeDope's advertisement (1 page website) was offered for $100.00, however to start the process I was asked to pay them $50.00 via PayPal. From there I was asked specifics regarding color cordination, I sent logo, and webhosting and domain information. LuxeDope sent me a template of the design and I asked for a few specifics nothing too hard for someone that does websites. I told them I did like the template and asked for a go-live date. LuxeDope asked for the remainig balance to move forward of another $50.00 payment. I made that transaction again through PayPal.
From there has been a nightmare, I have taken screenshots of the conversation from Instagram in case they wanted to delete on their end. I have asked on several occassions what's my status on Instagram DM, the response went from we will back to you, we are working on it, to please follow up via email = [email protected]. From there a few times I've called their listed buisness phone number = (914) 455-0411 however there is only an option to leave voicemail. No human ever answered this phone when I've called. So i continued to press via IG, and one of the responders must have gotten tired of me reaching out to them for feedback because his response was use emails and implied that I was a "n***a" (screenshots to prove it). I don't know about anyone else but I don't give my money to anyone that blatantly caused me that. That is highly unprofessional and shouldn't be tolerated from any business transaction.
Moving along, so I complained through email and phone text to their buisness/mobile phone. At the end of the conversation someone from LuxeDope suggested that web designers are working on the matter and should have resolved and a fews. Also saying I cannot get a refund because I agreed to terms. There was no agreement to agree upon and there was no contractual anything offered. This ordeal has been a bunch of falsehood, this matter initially started in August, it is now October and I haven't heard from anyone for any status related to the site. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.
