The company mainly operates through the Facebook. They advertise certain beauty products (the facial mask or eye lash conditioner being particularly popular ones) usually at a very popular price if you order 2. They do not quote the P&P cost and the only way to see it is to click through the order. The p&p cost for the single eye lash conditioner was very inflated and unrealistic so when I saw what it was I just did not proceed with the order or payment. However, I decided that if I ordered 2, the p&p cost would be bearable so I placed the order for 2 products and paid for it.
They sent me 2 products that I paid for and additional one that I did not pay for and did not order either. Several weeks later they sent me an intimidating letter and email asking to pay for the product I did not order and also threatening me with the debt collectors if I do not.
I have emailed them back offering to return the product and assist with them organising the courier for collection, however they ignored it and kept sending regular emails and letters adding additional £10 to the original value per week. The interesting fact is that the amount they are putting as debt is the ”full” price of the product, not “discounted/special” offer as they advertised at the time when I placed the order for other 2 products.
The internet is full of the similar reports describing exactly the same scum and modus operandi. It seems that majority of people get scarred and pay the amount that they are asked.
Hi I just opened the Web site Luxstyleintl.com to find out how much they cost of the eyelashes product was, but they requested to fill up the information ( name, address, email address, etc..) to tell you the price of the product. So I did that, but when I saw how ridiculous and expensive it was I closed the Web site. After to day I got answers email saying thanks for your order and it was already sent to you. I , inmediatamente replayed back saying that I haven't place any order and they have to cancel it plus I'm not going to pay for something that I never authorized. They email me saying that I have to pay or retourn the product, I said do you want your product back please send me a pre-paid package an I will be more than glad to retourn it. They said no you have to pay for it. So they have been emailing me asking to pay extra money for the interest but I am not going to pay a penny for that. Please do not pay any money if the same thing happened to you too.
I was scrolling through an ad on the internet and tried to get out of it and before I could do that, apparently I had ordered the product!
I did not receive the product but got several invoices and reminders to pay. I tried negotiating with the company but they were very non cooperative and after that I got dunning letters and emails.
I was asked to provide rpoof that I did NOT receive the product. How does one do that?
Finally I got a letter from some collection agency declaring that they will ruin my credit if i do not pay and that I will have bad credit for 6 years.

I saw their ads on facebook since i heard that there products is effective then out of curousity i clicked it and search for the price but before you can see the price you have to enter your basic infos like name address and email because you cant look at the price without registering so i put it and checked for the price , then after that! i didnt agreed on purchasing anything and i dont have credit card so i got out of their website. and after a while i checked my mailbox. i saw this mail saying "YOUR PARCEL HAS BEEN SHIPPED". the way of their scamming is to put your personal info then without your knowledge i got a package that i did not order., then now they are messing me that i need to pay the product that i did not order .
I visited the Lux Style website as advertised on Facebook. After looking at the site the product price wasn't listed so you had to fill in all your information to see the eyelash serum price. After I looked at the price which was a demo product, but they wanted a credit card and payment of $79.85 so I said unreal for mascara and back clicked out. So I didn't complete the order.
However, they keep sending my threatening letters and to my x-husbands address which is not even where I live?????
This scamming needs to stop! Please crack down on companies that are trying to bully payment out of people for products they haven't ordered.
I opened their webpage to check out their product, upon clicking to see the actual price, to much for me, I closed their webpage. The same day I get an email that they have shipped the product I viewed. I immediately emailed them stating I did not order this product, it was to expensive and to stop the order. They stated by clicking on their page they felt I was ordering, I stated that I was not. I have emailed numerous times, getting bills for a product that I have never received. They are attempting to extort money for this product that I did not order, did not receive and have refused to pay. They are now threatening that they are taking me to court.
I just wanted to let anyone out there who is also receiving threatening letters to report Lux International Sales APS. I'm still in shock how cruel people can be. I moved from Vancouver B.C in 1994 to Montreal, Quebec and I moved back to Surrey B.C in July 2016. In December of 2016, my parents called me to let me know that an envelope from Lux International had arrived at their home. I went over my parents home and I looked at the envelope, it was a regular size envelope, I did not bother to open it because I had not ordered anything from Lux international. I took the envelope and I put in a mail box on King George/Surrey, B.C. in January, I received another letter stating that I had a payment due $108. I email Lux international explaining that I did not order any products and that I was not going to pay for something that I did not order. Someone from Lux international emailed me back. I am including an email which I wrote and the reply by one of the lux international representatives.

I am Malaysian. The reason why I wanted to make a report because this company is a scam. When I was browsing on my instagram, I saw one product that is interesting then i check on it but then it requires my address and my email to go more further. The reason why I wanted to check on it because I just want to check the price how much and then after that I leave the website. The next morning I got an email saying that I have to pay for my order. Then I was wondering when did I ordered. Then I replied them back through the email they provided and they reply me back by giving me the copy of my order. Then I told them I won't pay for the stuff because I never order for it. Then they keep on sending me an email and increasing the price everytime after 10 days as what they said through email. they gave me last warning and they said if I did not pay the outstanding they will submit the claim directly to the local law firm. Above all that I won't pay because I never order for that product. And this luxstyle international is totally a scam to get money from innocent people. Be aware
I am 16 years old and after seeing the products on facebook i clicked to see more, you could not get a price unless you put your address and name in, i did this and the price for the goods come up. I clicked of has they was a lot of money thinking no more about it few weeks later the goods come in the post and wonting over 85 pounds for them, am 16 and no money tryed contacting them said i needed to send back but i can't do this has i have no money they have now put another 10 on the bill, help
My daughter a minor visited the site and registered to view item. Seeing the prices she exited without purchasing. They sent item she called trying to return it. They promise to send the return sleeve and address which they have not. To date they keep sending payment reminders and late payment.
I looked into the product Quickmax on line, but did not place an order and today the product arrived in the mail, telling me to pay the invoice within 14 days to avoid late reminder fees. I did not order this product and will not be paying for it. I would like to return the product but was given no return address.
In april ago I had seen a black mask in advertising on facebook and then I clicked on to learn more. when I click it, it told me to sign because the price of these products will be displayed after filling details like name, address, e-mail. when I saw the prices of these products, I thought it was very expensive, so I cancel the purchase process by clicking the "back". interval of three weeks after the incident, the product arrived at my house and I did not order these products !!!. they directed me to make payments over a period of fourteen days if you do not wish to incur additional charges. DID NOT place an ORDER , yet they sent AN UNSOLICITED PACKAGE(of the product) with an invoice , summing up to MYR336.90 and MUST BE PAID within 14 days or LATE REMINDER FEE will be charged . TRIED to RETURN , but they say ALL SHIPPING COST is on me (Its f**king expensive to ship this items back from Malaysia to Denmark) so I declined to bear the cost as I have never ordered this product , yet they INSISTED I DID(which I don't) , I only filled my Name and Address on their website , proceeded to Check Out page to check on the 'Extras' they offered , and simply close the tab (without the payment details filled in as I dont have Credit Card) and it simply too expensive . 15 May 2017, i saw this advertise Luxstyle Blackhead Killer peel-off mask at facebook, i click the link to check the price, stated there 30pcs for RM99,so i choose it and i fill up my email and address but when go to next page which asking to choose payment method.. i was shocked to see the price RM299.70 (exc. other fee), i cancel it and close the browse. but then i received email saying thank you for booking and the parcel already sent out.
I was so shocked and going they portal do cancellation. but i wonder why they send it? i didnt do any confirmation, not even choose any payment method. On 24 May i received the item (drop off), i didnt sign any receiving document.

This place is a rip off. I hadnt ordered the "Blackhead killer" mask but had received the items.
I emailed the the company Lux international Sales ApS, to advise of this who said to ship the items back from NZ to Denmark. I asked for a prepaid envelope, but they refused and instead asked me to write "Return to Sender" and put into the post. Even after doing this, I am continuing to receive invoices from them asking to pay an absurb amount which includes late penalty.
Its been two months since sending this, and I am getting emails that they will be taking legal action.
After readng other reviews, I have read that this company is a scam. They send products out to users, even when they havnt ordered and then slam them with invoices and a products that doesnt work.
If the product does get sent back they deny they received anything.

I went on luxstyle web page, when I saw the cost I closed out. I had entered my address and name and email and did not order anything. Then I received a email telling me that my order was being mailed to me but I didn't order anything.
I saw this advert on Instagram by Luxstyle intl. The product is quickmax. I was interesred with the product so i decided to check out the price. When i clicked it directly brought me to the website. There was 2 option. First the single product of the quickmax with the price RM100+. Second two box quickmax with the price RM70+. So i decided check in the two box ofcours, thought it might be a promo. Then they asked me to filled in my details such as address and name. After that it reviewed my details with the total price. And i was surprised with the final total of the two box of quickmax where initially it stated RM 90+, now suddenly turned to be RM 239.80. I decided to go back and closed the window since there is NO CANCEL button. A week later the product suddenly arrived at my mailbox. And in side the package, are two box of product and one invoice letter. I NEVER order this product before and now they want me to pay.
Last two month,the luxstyle pop-up suddenly open. This is because my phone got hang. I used to click on other things but the luxstyle appear. I wanted to see the price of a product that StyleLux provide. To do that I had to enter my adress and of stupidiacitt I did that. But when I saw the price I have clicked cancel. I didn't choose the way I want to pay for it, nothing. Within few days i have recieved the product and bill for 70€. On the 10 -2 - 2017 I received a bill in the amount of $AUD 54.90 I have no idea what this for I was on FB But I didn't process any transactions I would never of done this Because I know there are crooks on these type of sites . Upon receiving an advertising e-mail from Lux Style, offering an array of interesting skin care products, I sent them a mail, requiring some details about a specific one (Quickmax). Their response was a thank you message for purchasing the product and a soon to be delivery date. As I always pay through Paypal, I immediately contacted them, as to find out whether there were any charges applied to my credit card account. They assured me that there were none. Thus, I chose to ignore the whole incident. Shortly after (two weeks later), I received the product through the mail. As I am convinced that I have never ordered it, I accept the parcel and wait to see what will happen.
Two months later, I get a notice through the mail, instructing me to pay $95. + $10. in late fees, otherwise a debt collection will ensue. Right away, I sent a note to the company (by the same token, automatically giving them my e-mail address), explaining the confusion. To my greater surprise, they immediately replied, telling me to ignore the charges and to consider the matter solved.
A month later, I received another warning, this time asking for $95. + $30. in late fees. Since then, I have sent at least ten emails, in order to solve this conflict and have yet, to get a response.
This company is obviously fraudulent and prey on visiting customers, on their website. As soon as they get your email address, you are cooked.

Since I needed some details on one of their products (Quickmax), their reply consisted in thanking me for my purchase and that a delivery date would follow. I immediately contacted Paypal to find out if any charges were applied to my credit card account. They assured me that there were none. Thus, I totally ignored their mail. Then, two months later, I received an invoice of $95, + $5. for late fees, instructing me that if I didn't oblige, a debt collection would ensue. I immediately wrote to them, to let tthem know about this confusion. Within two days, they replied, telling me to ignore the statement and that the matter was solved. A month later, I received another notice, ordering me to pay this time, $125. (including $30. for late fees). Since then, I have been sending them at least thirty e-mails, in order to clarify this conflict and have yet, to get a response from them.

I REFUSED TO PAY BECAUSE I DID NOT CONFIRMED NOR ORDERED THE ITEMS. BECAUSE I REFUSED TO PAY THEY CHARGED ME LATE PAYMENT OF $ 10.00. AGAIN I STILL REFUSED TO PAY THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN $10.00. SO THEY WANT ME TO PAY TOTAL OF $74.90. SO I RETURNED THE TWO ITEMS TO THEIR ADDRESS WHICH THEY SAID THEY HAVE RECEIVED IT, I AM JUST CONCERNED THAT THEY WILL STILL WANT ME TO PAY. All I did was look at their products and enter my email and address as they required but once I saw the price I logged off the page next minute I get a email saying they have shipped my product I reply back I do not want the product I did not agree and to them they replied back with you agreed when you enter your address!! Has anyone ever been took to court by luxstyle? I recieved a package from them that i never ordered and they posted and invoice for 54.60! Now they have emailed me with a final notice and will be passed on to the courts unless i pay 84.60 in 5 days. Purchase was made to my address even though I never placed the order. I received the items without wanting or ordering it, after contacting the company through email. They said I have to pay for the invoice (£54.98) and send back the items, if I want my case closed but I don't want to pay for something I did not purchase.
Company who has advertisements on FB LuxStyle International, don't go to their website and put in your information cause without you knowing you are placing an order for their product and you can't cancel it.
When you send it back they tell you that they haven't received it then they will send you an invoice telling you to pay for the item or they will send it to a collections dept, which is somewhere in Denmark. They are a bid SCAM and many people are having issues with them.

I did not order anything not even received anything. First if I ever order anything, its should be Sign For service, as my post box outside my house and other people have access to it. Second, how they can claim they send anything, especially abroad, without receving payment first?

While surfing online in Oct, 2016, I opened a 'pop up' about Lux Max mascara. To proceed to the web site I had to supply m name and address, whuch I didn't find odd as I assumed it's for demographic purposes, or to see where in the world the inquiry is from. I Once I reveiewed the product I lost interest and closed the site.
I DID NOT provide any credit card info and I never order online without pre paying, A few days later I received 2 mascaras in the mail and an invoice to make payment for nearly $100. I was appalled as I had not ordered it! I promptly emailed them saying I did not place the order for the mascara and did not want to keep it. They said I had an option to pay or to send it back-at MY COST! I refused to pay for it to be shipped back and ased them to send me self addressed, pre paid, shipping envelope.
They refused to do that and said I have to send it back at my cost or to make a payment promptly to avoid "late panelties"! A few weeks later I began receiving invoices, each with LATE payments penalty of $10 in each notice! I have not recieved 3 late pament invoices and the total I', "owing" them for something I did not order is over $130 US! Every email includes a debt collection threat! Who is LUX International and what type of pathetic scam are they running?

The company lux style are threating legal action for a product which i havent recieved nor did i fill in payment details as i didnt want it
The company mainly operates through the Facebook. They advertise certain beauty products (the facial mask or eye lash conditioner being particularly popular ones) usually at a very popular price if you order 2. They do not quote the P&P cost and the only way to see it is to click through the order. The p&p cost for the single eye lash conditioner was very inflated and unrealistic so when I saw what it was I just did not proceed with the order or payment. However, I decided that if I ordered 2, the p&p cost would be bearable so I placed the order for 2 products and paid for it.
They sent me 2 products that I paid for and additional one that I did not pay for and did not order either. Several weeks later they sent me an intimidating letter and email asking to pay for the product I did not order and also threatening me with the debt collectors if I do not.
I have emailed them back offering to return the product and assist with them organising the courier for collection, however they ignored it and kept sending regular emails and letters adding additional £10 to the original value per week. The interesting fact is that the amount they are putting as debt is the ”full” price of the product, not “discounted/special” offer as they advertised at the time when I placed the order for other 2 products.
The internet is full of the similar reports describing exactly the same scum and modus operandi. It seems that majority of people get scarred and pay the amount that they are asked.
Hi I just opened the Web site Luxstyleintl.com to find out how much they cost of the eyelashes product was, but they requested to fill up the information ( name, address, email address, etc..) to tell you the price of the product. So I did that, but when I saw how ridiculous and expensive it was I closed the Web site. After to day I got answers email saying thanks for your order and it was already sent to you. I , inmediatamente replayed back saying that I haven't place any order and they have to cancel it plus I'm not going to pay for something that I never authorized. They email me saying that I have to pay or retourn the product, I said do you want your product back please send me a pre-paid package an I will be more than glad to retourn it. They said no you have to pay for it. So they have been emailing me asking to pay extra money for the interest but I am not going to pay a penny for that. Please do not pay any money if the same thing happened to you too.
I was scrolling through an ad on the internet and tried to get out of it and before I could do that, apparently I had ordered the product!
I did not receive the product but got several invoices and reminders to pay. I tried negotiating with the company but they were very non cooperative and after that I got dunning letters and emails.

I saw their ads on facebook since i heard that there products is effective then out of curousity i clicked it and search for the price but before you can see the price you have to enter your basic infos like name address and email because you cant look at the price without registering so i put it and checked for the price , then after that! i didnt agreed on purchasing anything and i dont have credit card so i got out of their website. and after a while i checked my mailbox. i saw this mail saying "YOUR PARCEL HAS BEEN SHIPPED". the way of their scamming is to put your personal info then without your knowledge i got a package that i did not order., then now they are messing me that i need to pay the product that i did not order .
I visited the Lux Style website as advertised on Facebook. After looking at the site the product price wasn't listed so you had to fill in all your information to see the eyelash serum price. After I looked at the price which was a demo product, but they wanted a credit card and payment of $79.85 so I said unreal for mascara and back clicked out. So I didn't complete the order.
However, they keep sending my threatening letters and to my x-husbands address which is not even where I live?????
This scamming needs to stop! Please crack down on companies that are trying to bully payment out of people for products they haven't ordered.

I opened their webpage to check out their product, upon clicking to see the actual price, to much for me, I closed their webpage. The same day I get an email that they have shipped the product I viewed. I immediately emailed them stating I did not order this product, it was to expensive and to stop the order. They stated by clicking on their page they felt I was ordering, I stated that I was not. I have emailed numerous times, getting bills for a product that I have never received. They are attempting to extort money for this product that I did not order, did not receive and have refused to pay. They are now threatening that they are taking me to court.
I just wanted to let anyone out there who is also receiving threatening letters to report Lux International Sales APS. I'm still in shock how cruel people can be. I moved from Vancouver B.C in 1994 to Montreal, Quebec and I moved back to Surrey B.C in July 2016. In December of 2016, my parents called me to let me know that an envelope from Lux International had arrived at their home. I went over my parents home and I looked at the envelope, it was a regular size envelope, I did not bother to open it because I had not ordered anything from Lux international. I took the envelope and I put in a mail box on King George/Surrey, B.C. in January, I received another letter stating that I had a payment due $108. I email Lux international explaining that I did not order any products and that I was not going to pay for something that I did not order. Someone from Lux international emailed me back. I am including an email which I wrote and the reply by one of the lux international representatives.

When I was browsing on my instagram, I saw one product that is interesting then i check on it but then it requires my address and my email to go more further. The reason why I wanted to check on it because I just want to check the price how much and then after that I leave the website. The next morning I got an email saying that I have to pay for my order. Then I was wondering when did I ordered. Then I replied them back through the email they provided and they reply me back by giving me the copy of my order. Then I told them I won't pay for the stuff because I never order for it. Then they keep on sending me an email and increasing the price everytime after 10 days as what they said through email. they gave me last warning and they said if I did not pay the outstanding they will submit the claim directly to the local law firm. I am 16 years old and after seeing the products on facebook i clicked to see more, you could not get a price unless you put your address and name in, i did this and the price for the goods come up. I clicked of has they was a lot of money thinking no more about it few weeks later the goods come in the post and wonting over 85 pounds for them, am 16 and no money tryed contacting them said i needed to send back but i can't do this has i have no money they have now put another 10 on the bill, help
My daughter a minor visited the site and registered to view item. Seeing the prices she exited without purchasing. They sent item she called trying to return it. They promise to send the return sleeve and address which they have not. To date they keep sending payment reminders and late payment.
I looked into the product Quickmax on line, but did not place an order and today the product arrived in the mail, telling me to pay the invoice within 14 days to avoid late reminder fees. DID NOT place an ORDER , yet they sent AN UNSOLICITED PACKAGE(of the product) with an invoice , summing up to MYR336.90 and MUST BE PAID within 14 days or LATE REMINDER FEE will be charged . 15 May 2017, i saw this advertise Luxstyle Blackhead Killer peel-off mask at facebook, i click the link to check the price, stated there 30pcs for RM99,so i choose it and i fill up my email and address but when go to next page which asking to choose payment method.. i was shocked to see the price RM299.70 (exc. other fee), i cancel it and close the browse. but then i received email saying thank you for booking and the parcel already sent out.
I was so shocked and going they portal do cancellation. but i wonder why they send it? i didnt do any confirmation, not even choose any payment method. On 24 May i received the item (drop off), i didnt sign any receiving document.

This place is a rip off. I hadnt ordered the "Blackhead killer" mask but had received the items.
I emailed the the company Lux international Sales ApS, to advise of this who said to ship the items back from NZ to Denmark. I asked for a prepaid envelope, but they refused and instead asked me to write "Return to Sender" and put into the post. Even after doing this, I am continuing to receive invoices from them asking to pay an absurb amount which includes late penalty.
Its been two months since sending this, and I am getting emails that they will be taking legal action.
After readng other reviews, I have read that this company is a scam. They send products out to users, even when they havnt ordered and then slam them with invoices and a products that doesnt work.
If the product does get sent back they deny they received anything.

I went on luxstyle web page, when I saw the cost I closed out. I had entered my address and name and email and did not order anything. Then I received a email telling me that my order was being mailed to me but I didn't order anything.
I saw this advert on Instagram by Luxstyle intl. The product is quickmax. I was interesred with the product so i decided to check out the price. When i clicked it directly brought me to the website. There was 2 option. First the single product of the quickmax with the price RM100+. Second two box quickmax with the price RM70+. So i decided check in the two box ofcours, thought it might be a promo. Then they asked me to filled in my details such as address and name. After that it reviewed my details with the total price. And i was surprised with the final total of the two box of quickmax where initially it stated RM 90+, now suddenly turned to be RM 239.80. I decided to go back and closed the window since there is NO CANCEL button. A week later the product suddenly arrived at my mailbox. And in side the package, are two box of product and one invoice letter. I NEVER order this product before and now they want me to pay.
Last two month,the luxstyle pop-up suddenly open. This is because my phone got hang. I used to click on other things but the luxstyle appear. I just return to the main page and I didn't enter anything about my identity. Suddenly today on 12/5/2017 my mom told me that I got a package from the oversea named luxstyle. I saw an ad for a product called BlackHead Killer and that it was on sale at 70% discount.This was on facebook and i clicked on it but when i saw the price i opted out only to have the product sent to my sisters address.

I wanted to see the price of a product that StyleLux provide. To do that I had to enter my adress and of stupidiacitt I did that. But when I saw the price I have clicked cancel. I didn't choose the way I want to pay for it, nothing. Within few days i have recieved the product and bill for 70€. I wrote them an E-mail but they claim, that I did accept the order and that I can do nothing about it and just have to pay. And now I don't know what to do.

Was browsing a web site and saw a black head remover product. On the 10 -2 - 2017 I received a bill in the amount of $AUD 54.90 I have no idea what this for I was on FB But I didn't process any transactions I would never of done this Because I know there are crooks on these type of sites . Upon receiving an advertising e-mail from Lux Style, offering an array of interesting skin care products, I sent them a mail, requiring some details about a specific one (Quickmax). Their response was a thank you message for purchasing the product and a soon to be delivery date. As I always pay through Paypal, I immediately contacted them, as to find out whether there were any charges applied to my credit card account. They assured me that there were none. Thus, I chose to ignore the whole incident. Shortly after (two weeks later), I received the product through the mail. As I am convinced that I have never ordered it, I accept the parcel and wait to see what will happen.
Two months later, I get a notice through the mail, instructing me to pay $95. + $10. in late fees, otherwise a debt collection will ensue. Right away, I sent a note to the company (by the same token, automatically giving them my e-mail address), explaining the confusion. To my greater surprise, they immediately replied, telling me to ignore the charges and to consider the matter solved.
A month later, I received another warning, this time asking for $95. + $30. in late fees. Since then, I have sent at least ten emails, in order to solve this conflict and have yet, to get a response.
This company is obviously fraudulent and prey on visiting customers, on their website. As soon as they get your email address, you are cooked.

Since I needed some details on one of their products (Quickmax), their reply consisted in thanking me for my purchase and that a delivery date would follow. Since then, I have been sending them at least thirty e-mails, in order to clarify this conflict and have yet, to get a response from them.

Ok major scammers cause I didn't not agree and I still didn't get the product! Now they sending me emails threatening to take me to caught!! Reading all this review from others that are in the same position as me is annoying they should be stopped and should not think that entering your address means you agree so stupid they still send me threatening letters and it's getting really annoying somebody needs to shut them down!

Has anyone ever been took to court by luxstyle? I recieved a package from them that i never ordered and they posted and invoice for 54.60! Now they have emailed me with a final notice and will be passed on to the courts unless i pay 84.60 in 5 days. I never ordered this package i simply came across an ad on Facebook about eyelash serum, hit into the link, then the next stage was to fill out your address, anyhow once i typed in my address and seen the price of the product i quickly left the site, Next thing the eyelash serum arrives at my house with an invoice?? Anybody ever been took to court by them or should i just pay for something i didnt order or want.
I glanced at website a few weeks ago, and today i rcd 85.00 worth of product which i never ordered, asking me to pay.
Purchase was made to my address even though I never placed the order. I received the items without wanting or ordering it, after contacting the company through email. They said I have to pay for the invoice (£54.98) and send back the items, if I want my case closed but I don't want to pay for something I did not purchase.
Company who has advertisements on FB LuxStyle International, don't go to their website and put in your information cause without you knowing you are placing an order for their product and you can't cancel it.
When you send it back they tell you that they haven't received it then they will send you an invoice telling you to pay for the item or they will send it to a collections dept, which is somewhere in Denmark. They are a bid SCAM and many people are having issues with them.
I was in my Facebook account when advert of LuxStyle appeared, I clicked on the advert to see prices and pop up appeared to register you email and address before you can can see any further. I registered and after viewing product ( QuickMax), I left site. I while after I received an invoice, stating I need to pay £54.90 for the product I ordered. I did not reply any post,now I got email, saying they going to submit a claim for debt collection, to they local law firm, which I also going to report!
I did not order anything not even received anything. First if I ever order anything, its should be Sign For service, as my post box outside my house and other people have access to it. Second, how they can claim they send anything, especially abroad, without receving payment first?

While surfing online in Oct, 2016, I opened a 'pop up' about Lux Max mascara. To proceed to the web site I had to supply m name and address, whuch I didn't find odd as I assumed it's for demographic purposes, or to see where in the world the inquiry is from. I Once I reveiewed the product I lost interest and closed the site.
I DID NOT provide any credit card info and I never order online without pre paying, A few days later I received 2 mascaras in the mail and an invoice to make payment for nearly $100. I was appalled as I had not ordered it! I promptly emailed them saying I did not place the order for the mascara and did not want to keep it. They said I had an option to pay or to send it back-at MY COST! I refused to pay for it to be shipped back and ased them to send me self addressed, pre paid, shipping envelope.
They refused to do that and said I have to send it back at my cost or to make a payment promptly to avoid "late panelties"! A few weeks later I began receiving invoices, each with LATE payments penalty of $10 in each notice! I have not recieved 3 late pament invoices and the total I', "owing" them for something I did not order is over $130 US! Every email includes a debt collection threat! Who is LUX International and what type of pathetic scam are they running?
