This guy is a ripoff and a lier! He wins an auction on Ebay I had posted and the total at the end was $94.00 plus the shipping. After a few weeks, he notifies me that he never got the package. Oddly enough, I had 3 other auctions that went out that same day and those packages all made it just fine to those buyers. Even better, he wants to say he did not get the package. Then, he wants me to do all the work for him to locate it for him working with the USPS. I spent an hour waiting for my call with the USPS to be answered, got a case number and waited. I got a phone call from a guy with the post office in Miami, FL and he tells me that they were very familiar with this company Lukie Games and that this guy Jesse Cover is always saying he has issues with packages not arriving. The postal service worker even said he checked with the carrier for the location and the carrier was certain that he delivered that package to them.
Even better, the carrier had a broken scanner that day and the tracking number never got updated, ever! So, my gut feeling is that this guy saw the tracking number never updated and might have known the scanner was broken that day and he decided to use that as a crutch to get a refund. Red flags went up when I discovered the postal service knew this guy very well. So, then Lukie decides to file for a refund with Paypal in full again without doing any leg work on their own to get with the Postal Service at all. Ultimately, the problem for this guy was the psotal service and not myself. But, he did not want to do the work that it took to locate and receive his package. No refund for not even trying and wanting to put everything on my shoulders. I have filed disputes with Paypal and waiting to see if they are going to take his side or mine. Praying he will not get a refund at all. Avoid this guy like the plague!
