Lucienne Skin Cream Reviews

  • Sep 11, 2017

I ordered an eye cream that was advertised as a Shark Tank must have on reducing puffy eyes and wrinkles instantly. This cream is basically garbage. It did absolutely nothing to help with puffy eyes like the video I saw “showing” what the cream does as they claimed in their advertisement when I placed my initial order. Furthermore, the company declines to list any of the ingredients, so you have no way of knowing if you're allergic, or if the things they claim are in their product actually are.

Besides the useless and terrible product, the entire thing is a total scam. This company rips you off by offering a free trial with 14 days to cancel if you are not happy with the results or they will bill you for the bottle (price is unknown at the time of ordering) for a $4.99 shipping costs. If you like it you keep it and pay for it if not return it is what I thought was happening upon my decision to try it.

What they neglect to tell you that it takes about 10 days to get the product in your possession but the 14 day trial period begins on the day that you place your order! So you have about 4 days before they auto bill your credit card almost $100 dollars 14 days after you initial purchase.

I tried going back to their website to find out how to return it because I didn’t like it and it was no longer available the page just had other ads for other creams to try.

There is no way to contact them. Poof! Eventually I was able to get their phone number from my bank (Chase) to even contact them.

The so called “14 day trial period” is impossible as well as returning the product or a way to conveniently cancel. Later, after several attempts to contact them, I am told I am in some sort of “hidden membership” auto-monthly renewal agreement. I had no idea I was joining and this was not made aware to me when I ordered.

I returned 3 products I never ordered and was told there is no refunds. I was also charged for 7 bottles in total, so they just charged almost $400.00 after my cancelation without sending anything!

I was also charged repeatedly for a product called Renaderm, or at least that is the name billed to my account. I never ordered this product and I never received anything either.

Primary Naturals stopped sending me packages and Renaderm stopped, then I began to receive charges from according to my bank statement from Kiara Skin and Elaine Eye Serum. I received 3 packages, all returned without a refund. When I called Renaderm they said “I am sorry you do not have an account with us.” My bank has informed me that these 4 companies are just one company upon their investigation.)

I believe this company is intentionally deceptive and has committed fraud against me and my bank account and have been charged all these charges without my explicit consent or knowledge, after I cancelled my order with them and continued to charge without even sending a package for the monies they fraudulently charged to my account.

When I placed my order, Oct 2016 Primary Naturals did not have on their webpage anything about an auto-renewal, contact information or cancelation options. Now their website is unavailable.

This company, after I sent in a cancellation on 11/4/2017 continued to double charge me for many months even though I sent their unwanted and never order product back to them and never received a refund.

I contacted customer service people, after having to hunt down their contact information as that is also not available on their website many times to be told either “I didn’t have an account, and yes they received the products back but I could not get a refund…”

When trying to deal with this issue through my bank they just lied and said I didn’t not cancel my order, and my bank will not help me.
