I received an email saying the item was on the way. It has not arrived nor have they answered my emails and have closed page.
Like many others I also ordered the electric three wheel scooter and received the cheap plastic fidget spinner. Got absolutely no response to repeated E-mails. Now exploring other options to re-coup losses. But for now Lesson learned!!

On May 15, 2019, I paid for an electric lightweight folding wheelchair and about a week later I was notified via e-mail that my product had shipped and was given a tracking number.
Three weeks later, I still did not have my product and the product was supposed to be shipped from a location that was less than 30 miles for my house (according to their Web site at the time, which has now been deleted)...
I then attempted to contact the seller with the phone number provided, and got voice-mail. The voicemailbox was full and cound not accept any new messaes. So I sent an e-mail to the address provided ([email protected]).. I received a response with the same tracking number. A couple of days later I received the package in the mail that was attached to that tracking number and it was a very cheap cell phone holder... maybe worth 96 cents.
I e-mailed again explaining that I received a package, but it was not what I paid for, I then got a canned copied and pasted response that was exactly the same, even the same typos as my last response, since then I have not had any other responses and the e-mail address is no longer good and the phone number has been disconnected and 'my account' with 'Luanthougds' has been removed as well as their Website...
I will be contacting my credit card company to complain as well as filing with the Attorney General!
They sold me a product for $129.00 and never delivered the product. After multiple emails over more than 1 month i received atracking number. When the item came it was a spinning toy of little value and no use to me.
After several more additional emails with no response i have given up and will be contace my bank in hopes of recovering my money. Because i used a debit card instead of a credit card iam afraid i have little hope of recovering any of my money from my account.
I saw an ad while using Facebook for a mobility scooter like mine for $93.00. I purchased it May 14, 2019 to give as a gift. Delivery was to be 14 to 21 days. They took the money from my credit card, sent email confirming the order, May 25, 2019 they sent an email that it had been shipped. They gave me a tracking number but did not say what company.
I replied to their emails, and sent individual emails with no answers. I received a little mailing bag saying contents: Mobile phone bracket (4 Wheel Travel Power Scooter) with a little plactic curled out of shape thing I guessed to be an extra gift for the purchase. The package had the tracking number they gave me. I have phoned and left a message for this Kenneth Bowers, so far he has not contacted me. I checked the tracking number with USPS and UPS, no such number.
I have researched online for the company sending emails to support people listed with the company, no answers. I will contact my credit card since I am now afraid it is fraudulent. Why are these people still in business? Facebook should not allow scams.

On the package it says it is a Fingertip gyro(RecreationalScooterwElectricSafetyBrakes). I am not willing to pay $126.00 for this piece of scrap toy. I either want the scooter or my money back.
