Do not be fooled by this company.

The smell of weed from residents smoking in their apartments is a HUGE problem.

Apartments are filthy and are not cleaned despite being told they have been professionally cleaned twice.

Radon radioactive gas has been found in high levels near the center of the complex. Ask for a current reading before moving in. A review from one tenant on google reviews will reveal just how this apartment complex went about not resolving his issue.

The smell of weed from adjoining apartments is a problem especially in the apartments near the dog park. (This can be considered a pro if you like to smoke weed.

I complained about the smell of weed on numerous occasions and Longitude 82’s solution was for me to move.

In contrast to what appears on their website and literature, this is NOT A SMOKE-FREE complex.

Mold is an issue for ground floor apartments and a major health and safety factor.

High rent increases for a 2 bedroom went up by $100 a month at the end of our lease.

Dumping of discarded furniture is always a problem in the complex.

Cheaply built apartments.

The dishwasher was not clean and contained food from previous tenants.

Very noisy apartments. You will hear cupboards slamming, garages opening, doors slamming, people walking above you.

The oven was dirty with decaying roaches and bugs stuck in what looks like chicken soup.

Previous tenants' clothes were found behind the washing machine.

Trash it's often left by residents outside their apartment over the entire weekend causing flies and decomposing food to generate nasty odors.

The artificial grass in the dog park turf constantly smells of dog urine and often contains dog faeces as there isn’t any natural drainage.

Beware of the extra $15 dollar charge they disguise as “Smart Bundle”. This suddenly appeared on my lease and I was told it was to improve the amenities. This is surely their expense but as always their problem becomes yours.

You will be charged a convenience fee and a billing fee which is in no way convenient to the tenant.

Mistakes in the lease agreements which were caused by management. When confronted with their mistake they had no intention of rectifying it but instead replied with impetuous rage, telling me to pay it, and informed me that she had to leave. My lawyer informed me that they would have to take me to court but the contract clearly stated that the problem was caused by the Longitude 82. They never did take me to court because it would display their incompetence.

Flooding of pathways prevents you from getting to your apartment. A myriad of complaints have been received about this but I and other residents were told they have no intention of fixing this.

Water often smells of sulphur.

Management is appalling and will do their best never to return your calls.

The toilet water is constantly running causing high water bills. The toilet was fixed at least 4 times in one year.

The washing machine will often turn itself on. I was informed this is an issue with the washing machine from management but nothing was ever done about it.

The washing machine has an agitator which will rip up your clothing.

The smoke alarms will often go off at 3am - 4am and there isn’t any way to turn them off.

They state on their website “Great Customer Service Backed By Our Pledge”. Do not be fooled by this.

The website also states “Two Leash-Free Pet Playgrounds”. Only one exists.

The website claims that it has “On-site Management”. Good luck in attempting to locate and actually speak to them.

The front line staff will deal with the issues and management will never attempt to have direct contact with you.

There is only 1 fan in a 2 bedroom apartment and the 2nd bedroom does not contain a light. If you want a light/fan you have to buy it and pay Longitude 82 to install it.

Previous tenants' clothes have been left behind in the apartments.

The pet spa area is often clogged with dog hair.

The gates are often broken and take some time to get repaired.

I’m not sure if the following is a pro or a con. There have been a number of complaints from one apartment about a female having sex and being extremely loud. While this is amusing I was astonished to find out that this was a temporary manager of the complex.

Dog poop is an issue. Poo prints are used but owners often do not declare they own a pet and let their dogs poop in the sidewalks.

The trash compactor is close to some apartments.

The grilling area near the pool has a lot of rats which is due to residents not cleaning up after themselves.

The dog park used to be nice when they had grass but they switched it out for some monstrosity with huge metal poles. A number of dogs have been injured due to these.

Roaches are an issue in this complex.

The site makes the following claim “Breathtaking Views". I-75 is wonderful at this time of the year.

Carpet only exists in the bedrooms.

Health and safety is an issue. Green plastic covers that are hidden in the grass are missing covers which reveal electrical cables and are a tripping hazard.

At the end of my lease the rent increase went up by $100 but I could rent another apartment of the same type for less. That didn't make sense to me.
