On Friday, August 23rd Jessica Lockhart took my payment in the amout of $400.00 to purchase a tradline account for my credit report. Jessica has a company (Lockhart connected llc) serving as a credit repair agency as well as a credit broker.
The credit repair that started taking place was the worst experience with a company I've ever experienced. From getting zero response to direct questions asked, to seeing little to no results to my credit report. Extremely expensive, horrible respone time, and little results period.
The final straw was the tradline. I've heard three different excuses why the tradline that was purchased never reflected on my credit report. It's now been four months since payment was made with not a hint of the tradline surfacing. Jessica Lockhart and Lockhart Connected LLC are scam artists.
I've asked for a refund several times and I either get no response, or a "you're not getting a refund." I'd like to spread the word of this horible scam artist company taking money from hard wroking americans simply to better their lives.
