I purchased the MCA Success Blueprint from Local Marketing Stars on May 7, 2019. The amount that I paid was $450.00 first payment. I spoke to Oguz Konar the owner and discussed what was involved in the program. He said that they are 6 courses that will need to be completed in order for the system to work. I explained my situation to Oguz and told him that due to the time that I can set aside for this is not a lot, but will do my best to complete the program as quickly as possible. He assured me that it would not be an issue. I also told him that if I am unable to dedicate the time necessary and can't complete the program it is not a problem to for a full refund as long as I let him know within 30 days.
Well, here we are. I let Fernando Torres (he is the person that got me all signed up) know that I can't dedicate enough time to complete the program and would like a refund. He got back to me and said that a refund will not be given because I did not complete the necessary steps. He said that they require that a person goes through the complete program and if the program does not work then a refund will be given. As you can see this policy does not make sense if a person can't complete the program in the allotted time for the refund. Oguz says that the program can be completed within 30 days, but that must be for people who don't have a job or a family, which I explained to Oguz that I had both and that my time was very limited.
Oguz and his staff at Local Marketing Stars /MCA Success Blueprint are crooks. If a business is unwilling to stand by their refund policy and keep my $450 then I guess they are not that successful of a business after all. If you are looking to do business with Local Marketing Stars, I would recommend that you don't. I hope you come across this post first.
I expect a response this post and I sure that Oguz or his staff will recite the same thing that they have already told me. "I must complete the course" and my response back to you is the same thing, not everyone can complete your course within your 30 day refund window, so don't say one thing over the phone, which was "as long as you let us know within 30 days that you can not complete the course we will refund your money" and then turn around and do something completely different. That is called bait and switch and that is illegal.
